The hotel was surprisingly clean and spacious. The cab ride from Flushing to the hotel was around 10minutes only. Quiet environment and great room which was perfect for us since we just had our wedding in flushing on the same day and needed the privacy and comfort as a newlywed. The bed was very comfortable and the tiny note that said the sheets are cleaned before our arrival was very assuring since I am a clean freak. all reviews » Was very impressed with your staff. We got off at the wrong rail stop and called you for help. You not only sent a car but requested, with real feeling, that we check in with you when we got to the hotel. You wanted to make sure that this od couple were OK. Felt like you truly cared. Free shuttle to airport when you need it, free breakfast, toiletries that we forgot free, big comfy room, well decorated, good pillows. No view but who cares. Would stay there again after late flight and take car into city next morning. The reception desk went over the top and organised the bus driver to pick me up from rental car location, instead of airport. Great cusomer service and friendly check in. Location next to airport but still quite. The staff seemed genuinely friendly and were very helpful with needs at the hotel, transfers from airport, and travel arrangements to city. The closeness to the airport, it is a very confortable hotel, it has service to the airpor and very friendly manager and personel. Shuttle bus drivers were both very friendly and welcoming...front desk staff knowledgeable...the bed was super comfortable. No restaurant in building. didn't know there was a shuttle from LaGuardia so paid for a taxi. Didn't know how to help me when I had a problem with their WiFi connection. Again- hotel was great but they didn't have our reservation from letsbookhotel.com Thankfully they were able to accomodate us. Our room was next to de elevator, it was a noise every nights. Unlock the door of our room was impossible !. Pool not on the premises and schedule was not noted. Closed early. No wireless Internet in the rooms, so I had to come down to the lobby to use my IPAD. It would also have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room. no resturant. Check in procedure was grossly mishandled - check out procedure was poorly mishandled - phone was blocked off without informing me - no response from mr noris regarding prior to arrival e-mails. I believe that the hotel price was deceptive, it did not include the tax and the hotel could not tell me the actual amount of the charges. I had to wait to see the credit card bill after the trip and after my expense report was to be turned it. This created issues. No wi-fi. Far away from train. I didn't like the pool area. Too Slippery on the floor. Gave us a room in 11 floor smoking floor we want to change because the smell was horrible but said no rooms availables stay away from that floor. - Noise at a frequency (from airport ?). very strong smoke smell when i booked a non smoking room. Room was not ready after allocation two times; hotel was unable to provide a receipt folio, claiming it was letsbookhotel.com's responsibility. Poor customer service.
