Contrary to many critics I found the hotel very quiet and clean. The staff were so helpful, and they treated all of the guests so well. The hotel resides at a central location in the city, and it is easy to walk from the hotel to Stanford University.

The staff are great. The place is ok and complete with basic needs. Great value for our money. Location is nice.
Location just a mile or so from Stanford. Room and bathroom clean, but a

The building of the hotel is quite old. The air-conditioners in the rooms do not work quietly.
Rooms are a bit small but okay.
The place needs physical improvements. The place is clean but I think it will be a better place if the owner will invest on renovAting the rooms.

need to be aware and maybe ask for ground floor.

hotel facilities were dated and dirty. there was black mold in the bathroom and someone else's hair in the shower. hotel charges a 'safe fee' of 1.50 a day that you have to ask to be removed at checkout.
Staff were most unfriendly particularly the guy who runs it. Not a nice place to walk into.
That you are still making a profit from a president Reagan's time investment. BTW, check the bathroom windows and the entrance space between the door and the bed.

again false advertising....no pool only a big dirt spot that looked like it may have been a pool at one time. Pics of place must have been taken 100 years ago cuz it looks nothing like that now!!! Continental Breakfast again was dry cereal, toast, coffee machine.....
Motel room was cramped! Rug dirty. Smoke smell in non smoking. Mildew in shower, over basin around window. Could see daylight all around the door.

The room was to small for two bed.
Nasty, filthy, smoke smelling rooms. It was really gross. Public ashtray right outside the non-smoking rooms. Horrible beds, towels, carpet, bedding...everything was really gross.

sticking up, the paint was peeling on the walls.
At midnight we started to feel like we were being bitten and packed up our belongings and went to stay at another hotel.
I believe that we should receive a full refund and that the hotel should be removed immediately from your listings.
Honestly the price did not qualify the room. there was hair on my towel, mold in the shower and what looked like pubic hair in the shower as well. I was really surprised how poor the room was. There was an electrical outlet exposed on top of the fridge.. Very disappointed.
