I was there for the grocery store grand opening. We were right across the street, walking distance. Very convenient. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. Very nice! Like sleeping on a cloud. Needed a wakeup call - got it, on time. Everything!We were upgraded to a suite and a Queen Deluxe at no extra charge. The room were spacious, spotless, and LARGE!The hotel itself is in a perfect location. Staff was super nice and we will definitely stay again!!!! Thank you!!!.
all reviews » Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and had TV,microwave and mini-fridge. Concrete sidewalk leads directly to outlet mall. Very close to all major attractions. Cost was more than reasonable !. We have stayed at the Quails Nest many times over the years and will continue to return, it has a great location, staff and is very secure. It has 2 great pools and a nice hot tub, would recomend to any traveler. Had two nice pools with a children's pool in one. The highlights are the Hot tub, service and location. And the room was very clean. It was clean, but bathroom door wouldn't shut, kept hitting stool. Wish it would have had a small refrigerator. It was basic and clean and in the location we needed. The staff was friendly and price was very reasonable. Very friendly staff. They were very helpful with our questions. The bed we slept on was very comfortable. Owners and staff very friendly and accomodating, just very down to earth, and we like that a lot. The bed was so comfortable!! 2 minute walk to outlet mall. Had asked for a couple more towels and never received them. The security of the hotel was suspect, I.E. keys rather than card-keys, etc. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Need to add fruit and yogurt, juice, etc. The people next to us were very noisy in the morning. nothing. Maybe just one or two extra breakfast options would be nice. Cereal for little ones or fruit?. It's noisy, you can see out the front door around the door jam. The floor is spongey. The rooms had bad odor and the continental breakfast consisted of donuts and coffee unlike what other hotels offer. Nothing. The bed was too soft, I need a firm mattress because of a back injury. Also we stayed in the two story building and I could not find a ice machine. It would be nice to have an ice machine near the vending machines. There was a slight odor in one area of the room. Room was rather small for a King bed. no restaurant in hotel, we were unaware that everything really didn't open up until memorial day and we were leaving 2 days prior to that, so that was disappointing,we wanted to do a tom sawyer dinner cruise,they were not running yet. Too far from lake shore. Quiet until 1;30 am when loud, partying, couples arrived and talked for a long time in the parking-lot and in their rooms. Needs updating, indoor pool cold!. parking & sorry breakfast. more towels:). the room was some what ouit dated,the bathroom was 1970,the shower was good for a person around 5 foot tall.The cont. breakfastr was weak . really showing its age. poor tv and cable connection. very poor room accesseries. kleenex, soap bar, etc. way too stingy, not much for breakfast. I didn't really like the room, maybe because I had just stayed at the Country Club Inn& Spa the night before, it had a great view and more brighter. The section we stayed in was old and needed updating. It appeared that one section was newer and most likely in better condition. The breakfast was the poorest that I have ever experienced. Flies in the room. solution offered was a fly swatter. Bathroom was not a separate room. Would like to see sink, shower and toilet in one room. TV was out dated. Our room from the swimming / spa area was quite a walk. Continental breakfast was a misrepresentation. Coffee / drinks and donuts do not a breakfast make. The beds were old/wore out and the facility/building we stayed in this time needed to be updated. We stayed for a cheaper rate at a much better hotel the rest of our stay. Bathroom fixtures were old. A good sized chunk of ceiling plaster fell into the bathroom sink while I was standing there. The carpet was old and stained. The floor by the foot of the bed was soft in spots. small outdated rooms including the newly updated.ha! they must have purshased the 1950s paint at auction and the barthrooms are teribble!!!!!!!!.
