Ambiance was excellent. Quality of food of Restaurants was superb. Service and friendliness of staff was commendable.

Business Center had old computers and printers and charged for Internet usage. It's so 20th century and unaccommodating to guests' needs. Rooms had lots of dust.

We stayed one night as part of our honeymoon. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite and loved it. We had a fabulous dinner at the hotel and especially loved the bottle of wine we had at the pool in the evening with the gorgeous fire pit serving as our backdrop. The room was excellent and we will return again as it was one of the best hotel experiences we have had (and we travel a lot in both North America and Europe!). The staff was attentive and cordial and professional. We truly loved everything about our stay!

The Waldorf is a great place to get away. Unlike many of the other hotels in the area, the ratio of children to adults seems to be less than many near Disney locations. The service is out of this world, and every effort was made to ensure we were perfectly taken care of.

It being the Waldorf, it isn't budget friendly but it's worth the price. Also, if you're visiting the parks and using the busses, ensure you take your bus schedule with you!

Scheduled trips to and from the key parks in Orlando around the day. Allowed to make an early check-in.

Complimentary bottled water is offered only on the 1st day of stay. Room safe was locked at the check-in time. I had to pay every day for the breakfast of my 5-year old son and this never happened to me before in any hotel, including Ritz Carlton and Hyatt Regency hotels. Spa services are over-priced.

The room was amazing and the bed very comfortable

We had a kitchenette in our room, however there were no plates or utensils so we requested a couple of bowls but they wanted to charge 3 dollars per bowl

The best hotel I ever stayed at, as well as the most expensive. As I return to Orlando in the future, this will be my hotel of choice. The buffet was a little pricey, but after trying it, worth it.

I thought the $24 a day for valet was high and not having an option to park my own controlling on Waldorf part.

Didn't get a itemized bill before I left. Usually they slip it under the door at other hotels so you don't have to go to the desk and ask for it.

Comfort, location to Disney theme parks .. kids allowed to use also Hilton Pool & water slides.

Isolated from any supermarket, Pharmacy ... so you where stuck buying hiked resort beverages or food.

We stayed for 6 nights at the 1 bedroom suite with our 5 year old son. The hotel is great, very comfortable, the room was very big and everything in it was to our liking. Good bathroom with both bath and shower. Very good breakfast, lovely swimming pool. The Bull & Bear restaurant is especially good.

It's a gorgeous hotel and the spa was amazing, one of the best hotel spas I have ever been.

Excess charges like having to valet park ($25) and resort fee of ($25).

We had an excellent experience with Miguel at the front desk taking excellent care of us. I will be writing a blog about the excellent property and outstanding staff. Jason was also excellent by the pool. Definitely worth a return visit! We also enjoyed the dinner at the bull and the bear.

We had an issue with hearing our neighbours through the night as the adjoining door is not at all sound proof. Miguel handeled it well but it is definitely the one issue with the hotel and lack of sound proofing through the rooms.

A number of issues with equipment in our room I.E. broken toilet, scales etc which you do not expect with a hotel of this quality. Also the price of hotel food, drink and other services was much higher than expected. Not great value

The resort fee makes no sense. We spent more time at the Hilton pool because of the lazy river, dive in movies, kid friendly activities. I didn't like booking the room rate with breakfast and it read breakfast included and when we checked out they only gave us a breakfast $50 credit towards breakfast when we were clearly 4 people at time of booking. So we felt duped.
