They let me make early check in without extra charges, reception and room was amazingly clean. The shower was treat and the bed was very comfortable. Wifi works exellent. Front desk agent very polite and helpfull. Very friendly staff. The manager was especially helpful with my delay to arrive. Basically gave me a free night. It's clean and simple. This was our last hotel before flying from Orlando Airport. It was conveniently located for us, and the price was good.

The air-conditioner was rather noisy - but I just turned it off No fridge in the room a cockroach that ran across my bed (while I was lying on it). Close to the roads Only gave us one card which got deactivated (took too long to resolve the issue) Some of the towels were stained :/. The Internet wi-fi did not work at all the bathroom's lock does not work well .. you need to do some effort to close and open the door. Not the best neighborhood. Not close to Universal Studios or Disney World or Premium Outlet Malls. Poor location near the road and no place to seat in the evening. No pool and problems with hit water - you need to wait 10 minutes for warming. I booked a "Double" room, only to arrive and be told that a double room has only one bed in it. I had to pay extra to get the a room with two beds. Apparently they do this all the time, because as soon as I arrived, the clerk said, "Your room has only one bed in it." Later I checked the web site again and found that they do not say how many beds are in a Double room, but there is a picture of a room with two beds next to the room description. I feel ripped off and will never stay here again. 1. phone not connected 2. 1 towel for three guests 3. unfriendliness of the staff. Did not ask how the stay was, not courteous 4. price too high for stale pastry breakfast. No swimming pool.
