After reading some of the comments, I wasn't sure what to expect. My son was on a business trip and I tagged along. Immediately we were greeted by Jose, with a warm smile who set us up with our room. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. Checked the beds and the bath room for any bugs. None. It was very clean! I would recommend this Days Inn to anyone who is on a budget. Surprised how comfortable the beds were!.
all reviews » The staff was extremely helpful....and that is most important. also, the location was good for what we wanted, which was close to downtown, and Seabreeze. The place was ideal, but very basic not your 5 star stuff but was clean and maids were in everyday , stayed for a week and woul go back anytime . I like your front desk service. They were very friendly respectful, they supported my needs. Thank you. I liked the attention from the ataff, the place. The price. Pool Value for Money Parking 24h reception. Everything was nice, I like it. Pool and Ambience. I enjoyed the quiet area. I was able to get some rest and get some work done on the first night there. I was able to enjoy a fresh walk in the area. although it was located in an undesireable part of town it was supriseingly quiet at night. I liked the price I paid for one night. And how close I was to Amway Center. Location was conveienet thats about it.pool was ok. For a cheap price the room was nice and clean. Available, convenient. The price was ok. Good price. Price. Front staff people are nice and have good helping tendency. Easy access from interstate. Great rate. Was near where we were visiting. Nice location to interstate. The old lady at the front desk is very nice and the guy from the maintence. It was close to Universal Studios. Nice pool,staff friendly.. It was close to the Highway, but I didn't hear any traffic and we both had a good nights sleep, so even though it looked like it might be noisy, it wasn't. The breakfast could of used to have some kind of fruit . The price I was quoted was not what I was charged it was dearer. That I have to pay an extra fee of I arrive too the hotel early. the bedsheet is a little bit dirty and moisture. I did not like the fact that my toilet was backed up and the internet didn't work the next day. I called to let the front desk know three time, but my issue was not handle. it was run down and looked like whoever thier repairman was didnt have a clue on how to properle fix anything ( any repairs looked sloppy and amatureish ) the tv service was horrible ( very bad picture ) the carpet was filthy and the linens were very out of date ( like they were 20 years old ). My reservation was lost. The sink in our room had a drain that was stopped up. Breakfast was not ready at 6am as the information said it would be. And the bathroom was not the cleanest, there was hair in the tub. Went to take a shower,later noticed the water leaked into the bedroom area.soda machine robbed me was out of three selections I made. The gay guy at night at the front desk was kinda rude..I Paid for my room online he kept saying he dont see my name then I had to wait 15mins..Soon as we finally went up to the room laid down the bed was very hard.. More expensive than advertised on sign, rooms stunk, toilet made horrible noise when flushed. Should've had more tv channels & more of a selection for breakfast. Wifi did not work in our room. We did not get soap,etc the second day and no Kleenexes. Very old & stained beds. Crappy towels if you were lucky enough to have the maid leave them. Safety was questionable. the area that it was in and there were no nice restaurants nearby and it felt like some one was trying to break in. Carpets cleaning is not good. Everywhere black dust is there in the carpet. Have to use Room refreshner everyday. Plug points are not working properly. Wifi is not that good as expected. Room allotment is not proper. No hot water for shower. Light over vanity no working. Toilet seat loose to point of falling off. A.C. / heat filter dirty and old. Terrible smell. No small table in room.fridge not plugged in, we found out in am when nothing cold. Understandable when room empty, but should have been on knowing the room was going to be used. Or, if I was told, I could have plugged it it. Rooms needed improvements , shower/bathroom in need of repair several rooms had water damage and odor, beds /mattress was old and extremely stiff. We stayed a total of two night out of 4.didn't like that refrigerator had mold in it/ was turned off when we got there. Extra charge for microwave. Checked beds on arrival looked ok/ second night was a parade of people coming and going out of room girls working out of them if u know what I mean.wake up early second morning noticed red bites on back and legs talked to staff refunded two of the 4 days back will not be back. We were no allowed to check in until 4:30. There was a roach in one of the in room cofee pots. My Visa card was charged the day before i arroved and they would not rescend and allow me to pay with cash. They said it was Boookings that did it although that is not what the paperwork states. I won;t go there again and am questioning whether to use bookings. pretty much everything. we reserve 3 rooms upon arrival room 221 were filthy,how group travel a lot this Days Inn was the worse one I ever been to. Everything was broken, extremely filthy, staff was not honest about WiFi working, which it never did, nearly fell on floor when I sat in room chair because it was broken, lock was broken. I canceled before the night was over. I will never stay in that Days Inn again and probably never stay in a Days Inn anywhere. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. Carpets had spots all over and smelled like cat urine or dog urine, very strong.
