For us, it was right across from the convention center.
For family's it would be near all kinds of fun things. It has a Ihop on premises and McDonalds next door. Close to Walgreens in case....
The staff was nice. The maid cleaned our room and she didn't have to so that was really nice. I like there is a place to eat all around and a Walgreens. The hotel was just fine.
We liked the close proximity to the OCCC and nearness to the pharmacy and restaurants. It was perfect for what we needed. Parking was quite perfect and staff were pleasant. all reviews »
Excellent Value. Basic but still comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Good location. Liked the onsite 24 hour IHOP.

There was a damp smell in the room. Nothing was damp, but it smelled like it was.
Need signage on free shuttle to theme parks so customers know what one to get on to. More buses as lots of people used them and was over capacity most trips.
No hot tub.
The room smelled like mold/mildew. Got used to it, but shocker to nostrils when entering. Other then that, it was clean appearing and comfortable.
A bit out dated. But i really can't complain about anything. I wasn't there too long (one night).
One of the House keeping lady was rude. Although no action will be taken
by the management against her even if I name, yet it is wise to hide it.

Bad towels, musty smells from the air-conditioners, paint spillage and streaks in bathroom as if painted by a novice, paint stains in elevator, taxi did not show up inspite of reservation 24 hours in advance and had to wait etc etc, radio-alarm not plugged in, no convenient plug points for iPhone, laptops.
