Cypress Pointe Grande Villas would like to inform their guests that kitchen renovations are being conducted and the expected date of completion is mid February of 2009. Also at the end of January, a few buildings will have new roofing installed. The resort will make every effort to isolate the noise as much as possible.

The credit card used for booking and a photo ID must be presented at check-in. If a guest is unable to provide the credit card, a credit card authorisation form must be sent to the property by the cardholder prior to check-in, or an alternative credit card must be presented along with a photo ID matching the cardholder name. Any advance deposit previously collected on the credit card used for booking will be refunded to the card on file and payment will be obtained on the credit card presented by the guest at check-in. Please note that the name on the reservation must match the name of the guest who is checking in. Guests must be 21 years of age or older in order to check in without a parent or official guardian. Please note cash is not an accepted form of payment. Please note that no daily maid service is provided. Please note that this property can only accept service animals. Pets, therapy animals, and emotional support animals are not allowed. A security deposit of USD 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
