I like everything about the resort. It was family oriented, great amenities for everyone of all ages, great location, great price. Even though it was an older resort and smaller, it was still overall a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends and would come back. This is the third time we have stayed here and will stay again if we are in the area because we like the motel.

Location excellent. Close to Disney Parks Clean Putt-Putt, fast food, and convenience store in walking distance. Very comfortable for the price. It was in a great location. It was close to Disney and I loved the cafe'. the resort overall was good. lobby, rest., pool... It was near alot of eateries and recreation. I didn't like anything about it. clean beds. Poor appearance mold on walls rust on vents. The only thing I did not like was that it did not have a microwave in the room.. That was an inconvenience to go to lobby to use microwave for me, since I traveled with my elderly mother who needed to have certain foods heated up. And my niece was with with her baby and needed to heat up her food as well. The restaurants and store seem very short staffed. One morning at breakfast we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated because they were out of clean silverware AND they weren't even busy. Pool chaise lounges need to be replaced. Building numbers hard to read at night,especially because of unfamilliarity to property. Older TV set. Night shift attendant, not too helpful. Staircase area not too clean. Breakfast too expensive when traveling with more than one small child. No hot water that next morning, 8 Jun 13. No elevator, traveling with numerous older guests or disabilities. No discount coupons offered for local restaurants. No fan in bathroom so heats up quickly when you shower. Disagree with resort fees, nothing fancy. Would be nice if it includes breakfast, even if only continental. n/a. Rooms need to be updated/remodeled to include newer furniture, flat screen TVs, etc. WiFi was not working during our stay & ended up costing me an extra $60 for cell/smart data plan overages!!. placed in back unit of property. Ac was really loud and did not cool really well Tv remote did not work Small pillows. N/A. Older furnishings, lack of maintenance on some room items such as missing light bulbs, non-working clock, loose faucets, non-working drain. Poor lock system on door left an insecure feel. Was not that clean, did not leave any wash cloths in our room . left the door unlocked all day when they left from cleaning. Our room was not cleaned after our first night and no coffee was left and even the counter was dirty. Not sure I would stay here again. what about a $10 resort fee added to the bill which was not part of the online booking charge. for the value price it was out date buildings, rooms, furniture,bathroom smelled,TOO small, no actual bed covers just sheets? Dusty by the way... It was run down. The staff was less than friendly. There were no salutations, coming or going. The "putt putt" needs to be either updated or removed...an eyesore for the guests!!. I didn't like anything about it. When I got to my room it was dirty had used wash clothes in the closet area and there were no towels in the room. Which leads to an uncomfortable feeling that the room was poorly if not even serviced that day. The hot water took over 20 minutes to get warm that I had called the desk and the maintenance response was the building is empty it takes a while. hidden fees, no one was wanting to be too helpful. My son accidentally chose a program of tv Paid per view and We had to pay $20 to see half show. It is absurd. They should have more restrictions to access to this service as a code or something else. We pay $70 per a room and $20 per half program of tv. Increible. The man at the front desk was very rude. I also called several times before we arrived to see if it was ok to ck in after 5 and no answer. I left a message and no call was returned. I called the front desk twice from the room, no answer. When we arrived with print out of reservation they stated no room was held and did not charge us rate we were quoted. I emailed letsbookhotel.com and they stated they spoke with someone and reservation was held. Front desk denied receiving a call.
