Clean, quiet rooms were good for sleeping; I had booked rooms online; when I checked in, the rooms reserved were not the ones I had booked. The staff very professionally changed the rooms to the ones I had booked. Very good experience: attentive, friendly, helpful staff. Staff very helpful. Smoking rooms available easy access to get outside to smoke. pool was nice decent size easy access with steps to get in. The pillows are GREAT! Some of the best I've ever had in a hotel.
all reviews » The price was good value for what you got. The breakfast was also good. The room was clean and well appointed. A good value. Convenient to highways and local attractions. Good breakfast Staff was great. Everyone was polite. Beds were comfortable. Nice room and quiet. When the pool and hot tub were broke down they gave us a room with hot tub for no additional fee. Reception people are very friendly and helpful. The staff was very nice. The bed was comfortable. Stayed there for the smoking rooms and cost. Might want to spray the smoking rooms with some febreeze it really helps the smell bothered me and I smoke. I think some people must blow the smoke right into the furniture or something I realize you can only do so much but I've been in other smoking rooms and you couldn't even tell. Febreeze is amazing. I usually bring my own just in case and didn't this time and actually needed it. Smell of natural gas in the hallways. Pillows and bed were hard, carpet felt dirty/greasy. The person looking after the breakfast room told me off for overfilling the waffle iron but there were no instructions telling you how full to fill the plastic cups. It is difficult to find the hotel, because there is no street sign on the road where the hotel is located. This makes it difficult to tell people how to get there. A street sign or Best Western sign pointing the way would be a big help. There was no street sign for N 109th Ct. I was unfamiliar with the area and drove by N 109th Ct 3 times and couldn't find it. I finally stopped at the Kum & Go on the corner to find out where it was. A street sign would really help out of town guests. ice machine only on main floor. Too many animals allowed. The continental breakfast was awful. The room never got cleaned the first day we stayed there. The room service button did not work on our room phones. Hard to find. 1) Under impression I'd reserved a smoking room but told at check in none were available. 2) Having to ask for a clean top sheet. 3) Was told I'd been emailed a receipt when checking out but never received 1!. the hot tub being broke down. Bed sheet was not changed for 2 days and have to tell the reception to get it changed. Bed sheet has blood stains on the 1st night arrival. Plastic cups was not provided everyday at sink. Floor was not vaccumed every day. Breakfast area is dirty and foods ran out without top-up almost everyday. The person in charge the breakfast was not happy when people knock the door asking top-up foods. Hidden behind some offices. Not seen from street. Breakfast was not watched very well, both skim milk and regular milk was spoiled. Informed the attendant but she only shruged her nose. We were downtown so this location was very far. we went to the location we thought we were at, sent us 12 miles back from where we came from. Would not recommend if a person needs to go downtown. The toilet was backed up and would not flush. loud and dirty needs carpet in front elevator to elimate luaggage cart noise.
