We were looking to stay a few days to watch our granddaughter play in a softball tournament. When the second tornado hit Moore, we realized a lot of the local people needed the room more than we did and checked out early. They were very polite and cancelled our additional days. The facilities were extremely well kept. The parking lot was in great shape. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the room. In fact, I had some of the best night's sleep of any hotel I have stayed at. Keep up the good work!.
all reviews » The room was clean, the king size bed was comfortable, and then staff was professional. The location to interstate was also a major plus for me. Very comfortable, breakfast was good - usual cereal, bread/toast and various spreads plus, of course the hot waffles. the breakfast was very nice. i could also get an iron. it was nice to get coffee in the morning. loved the wi-fi. The rooms were all remodeled. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They put all our rooms together. easy to find & it was a great value!!! we will stay there again if the opportunity arises. The Desk Clerk was very helpful and had a very good attitude. I was impressed with him.. It had a very east on and off from I 35 and wasn't but 15 min from the airport,. It was quiet and clean. Checking in/out was easy. The breakfast was excellent. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows; breakfast in lobby was very good!. indoor pool was nice and warm with washroom nearby to change into suit. Very helpful with my needs. Even got my new cell phone ringing again. It was a good clean room. The breakfast was great. Nice breakfast, courteous, efficient staff. price good n clear. Great Staff!. My truck was hit in the parking lot and I was very thankful they had cameras or I wouldn't have found out who did this. The manager was very helpful in this matter. His name was T. J. Thanks to him my truck is getting fixed. The room was clean. Easy access. the price. OMG! It was snowing when we got there, there was so much water standing ( they need drains in parking lot) in huge puddles. The bath tub was clogged and there was only two sets of wash cloth/towels in room (I said I and three children were stating). They have old everything they need to upgrade(tv, bed). TV set was a little dated. However, I didn't do much television watching so it was not a big deal. close to interstate, was noisy. I had no complaints during my stay. They didn't give me my senior discount was told it had already been given to me yet they didn't know I was until I check in so they couldn't have given it to me before I got there. Noise from I-35 traffic hard to ignore; no elevator for rooms on second or third floors. Breakfast was boring. Bread, cold cereal but it was nice to see fresh apples. I didn't know about asking about senior discount on a room. Thought I got a good rate through your company. The doors to the rooms were on the outside of the building. Location is heavy traffic and unattractive neighborhood. breakfast hall, maid is rude. Red Stain on the shower curtin. Looked like blood. I wasnt happy that I booked. 2 rooms that I didnt get. . That someone backed into my truck and wasn't going to tell me. I believe they over charged us after the tornado in Moore!. Room had roaches in it. The hot water did NOT last in this hotel room. I could get MAYBE 10 min of hot water. Not a nice way to end or begin a day. VERY disappointed. Quietness. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. There was roaches in the room. So the room should of been cleaner.
