The room was spacious and had an in room washer/dryer and dishwasher which came in handy with small children as did the free DVD rentals. The lady that ran the Snow Monkey Gift Shop was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again just because of her. One of the children was not feeling well and she went over and above the call of duty to make her feel better. I like that this resort is in a good location. I love the hot tubs and pool area with the basketball goal. I like that there is 4 elevatiors in this hotel so the wait is short and smooth. I also like that this hotel is within my price range and very affordable. I have stayed at this hotel twice and I love it more and more everytime I visit it.
all reviews » This was my first visit to myrtle beach. Upon arrival Rachel was very helpful. Great attitude, knowledge of area, and just sweet as can be! The room was spectacular, GREAT VIEW, very clean, plenty of space. I loved my stay...with hope of returning in August and staying at paradise resort again. Thank you for the great experience!. I love the hotel. It was clean and spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. The parking deck was too tight but we managed to find a spot every time but once, then we had to park across the street. I wish the hotel was closer to some restaurants and shops. It was too far to walk with small kids. At check in the staff was very friendly. The room was not ready but they called me approximately 20 minutes later to tell me that it was. The room was spacious,clean with a great view of the ocean. Location is great!! I would definitely stay here again!!!. This was our families first vacation to Myrtle Beach. This hotels location was only minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores and many different types of entertainment. The staff was excellent and the rooms were absolutely beautiful. I loved the hotel all together.. The staff was very helpful. also the accomadated to my request. I can not forget about the room.. The oceanfront room was very nice. I love the indoor lazyriver.. I will be staying again. There wasn't anything about the Paradise that I did not like. I like how wonderfully I was greeted (Roy) and how all of my questions was answered with no hesitation. My girls loved it and we were extremely comfortable. Everything, and especially how nice the staff was. My kids really enjoyed the DVD movie free rental center and the Pool area. I would stay here every time that I visit Myrtle Beach. The convenience to the beach, pool, activities, etc. The suite was well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. So much to do, loved that!. I liked the location, the staff very friendly and accommodating,various things to do at the resort. Food and drinks were excellent and good prices. I like the staff and the location. Even though the attractions were close by, the hotel itself was quiet, and we did not hear any outside noise. Being right on the beach. We were on the top floor great view of the ocean. Suite was very nice. Staff was great. I really enjoyed the view from our room. Also enjoyed the lazy river the hot tubs and the heated pool. The staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The water features were a hit with my family. Very comfortable accomodations and staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back!!!. The only thing I did not like about this resort is that the cafe is not open as much. I did not like the parking deck. I did not like that nothing was within walking distance. I have nothing negative to say. Stay was relaxing and enjoyable!!!. I didn't like leaving:( other than that it was a great stay. I didnt like the fact I couldnt get the dvd player to work. I think there should be instructions in the room. I would like to see more special prices for the summer months. I cannot afford to come in July or August unless there is a special price. I did not like the parking situation. Too confusing to get out. Parking could have been better. I thought that there were two double beds in two separate rooms, but there was one queen size bed in one and two double bed in the other. It worked out because my pregnant daughter wanted to sleep in the living room close to the kitchen. The "concierge" tried very hard to sell us timeshare. The linen was cheap. Rooms could use a deep cleaning..but they were clean overall. Not hotel's issue, but neighboring guests were loud and obnoxious during the overnight hours. One guest had to be escorted from property by security. My toilet was stopped up...but they were very prompt on fixing it!. Limited pools but wasnt too bad. Inside cafe closed when outside bar open. Did not have correct reserved room available, storage for blankets/pillows for sleeper sofa insufficient. The guests next door were hollering and smoking in the room next door all night. Didn't get any sleep. beds were small, should have 2 queens , being 6,5" beds were too short. Had to call for toilet paper twice, otherwise ok. Nothing. Ceiling fan in the bedroom did not have a switch to turn it off or adjust the speed. People in the room next to us smoked so much pot. It was all we could smell for hours each day!. Air conditioner did not work properly. Nothing. The moled around the tube n the bathroom. I was double charged for a night that I did not spend in the hotel. the couch sits too low. Small televisions. I didn't like that there were hidden fees by letsbookhotel.com. Didn't get a complimentary coffee. Had to pay 3 $ for a cup of coffee.I also rented to rooms and one of them did not include the breakfast buffet and the other one did. The room was dirty the owner closet was open and it was filthy , the sheets smelled like a woman's perfume, so we are guessing they weren't changed, the dryer didn't work right, I had to run it three times to get the clothes dry. Someone above us, was dumping something over the balcony and it was splashing in to ours, I called the front desk, but no one ever came to clean it. We didn't sleep in the room because there is a window that looks into the hallway and the shades don't cover it felt weird we slept on the Murphy bed. Pictures on website was very misleading. Not nearly as nice as it appeared to be. TVs were old, dvd player wouldn't work right, beds very uncomfortable. Thought breakfast was included and almost everyone in there had vouchers for breakfast except us. expensive for the price i,d pay for two days nobody clean the room I call to the front desk for several times about the service the room never was ocean view.
