This is the second time I've stayed at Kenny's after stumbling upon it accidentally last year. We had such a great time I knew I was going to stay there this year and I'm sure every other year I go to Montauk. The rooms are clean and spacious - bonus points this year because we had a balcony and jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The beds are comfortable, the Inn itself is really homely with a great pool. The best thing about staying here is the staff. Everyone is super nice and helpful and morning c.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff there is incredibly friendly and helpful and even assisted me in surprising my fiance with dinner after I had proposed! Kenny's is amazing I plan to stay there every time I stay in Montauk. Staff, especially Anya and Jamie, were very welcoming and accommodating. Ed gave us excellent beach advice also. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Good restaurants were within walking distance, and the beach was a short drive away. The Staff was wonderful!! Especially Ahn, She made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean and smelled very fresh. I was worried about these places that are closed in winter. Loved it! Will stay again. The managers, onja and Roy are fabulous and so friendly. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this hotel because of them. My only gripe would be that they need blackout blinds. Other than that. 10 outta 10. I loved Jamie Beck for making our stray so extremely comfortable and very helpful. Jamie goes the extra mile and puts the emphasis on the client's satisfaction I hope that I make it back. The staff will do anything they possibly can to accommodate your needs / requests. Roy does a superb job keeping the pool clean. The bed is very comfortable. The staff were extremely nice, and helpful, and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant served a tasty dinner. Really a great place!. Beds were incredibly comfortable and very quiet at night near to everything and walling distance to yummy restaurants. Check out time (10am) is a little on the early side. the motel is still in need of some upgrades, but they're coming! can't wait to see this place when it's fully refreshed!. As I said the blackout blinds would be great. And maybe the choice of a feather pillow. Cannot complain about anything. I wish they allowed less people in the rooms, I saw groups of 4-6 young people staying in the same room. Some of them were loud during the night and there was no one in the front desk late night to address that. Pool wasnt available but they paid for our admission to the montauk downs pool which was lovely. Rooms were very spacious but a bit dark and rather tired. air conditioners and fans could have been a little more powerful our fan only had one speed,slow ice should be available. The bathrooms were small. The room was kind of dirty seemed like sand in the bed and we found dirty socks around the bottoms of the beds. No hair dryer & Coffee maker in the room. My only complaint was that the room was a little musty when you walked in. However, that went away for the most part, once you turned the air conditioner on. Desk staff can be a bit abrupt. Arrived from a 10 hour drive to be told the "extra guest" fee has to be paid IN CASH and had to be paid immediately, even though they had no ATM and we were given no advanced warning, even on phone that morning that we would need to do this. It's a small thing, I know, but at the start of the stay, it really put me off. I'd suggest that some members of this family-run hotel are not suited for the hotel business. Nothing. facility exterior could use a little upgrading. shower room, back glass door--sun came in at 6am. Sound on TV was a little static. Maid service had to be requested. Very small bathroom. no flat screen tvs. It's a bit of a walk to get to any of the shops/restaurants. Also the pool closed down literally the day before we arrived, but the weather seemed good enough to use it. I almost paid 320/night for a delux room. The room didnt have any facility other than a bed and kitchenette. They donot even provide a coffee maker or phone. You have to run outside for a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. Moreover a 320$ should have breakfast included in it . It was disappointing not to get a good breakfast after paying so much for the room. privacy glass on windows but no blinds so super bright super early. The carpet in the room was damp and the room smelled. Room was musty carpet was filthy. Lack of amenities. No coffee pot in room. No ice machine on the premises. It was over 90 degrees out and the pool closed at 6pm. Housekeeping only made beds, floor was not vaccumed. New towels were not left either. No iron in the room, and staff was not around, so we had to call numerous times. When we checked out, the owner comes out in his bathrobe. Very unprofessional!. They closed the pool at 6 oclock sharp.. Didn't matter that there were like 4 couples talking. From all all over . they told us we had to leave.. We all laughed at him. Are you for real. Yes he said. That the door to Room 33 was incredibly hard to lock. One door you could exit through. That we weren't given the key to the internet and when I went to the office to get it, no one was there. I had to go next door to Manucci's to find someone to give it to me. None of the telephone numbers posted on the open office door were answered. The maid service was less than complete. I picked "budget friendly" up top, but for $256 a night things should have been better. Room had overwhelming odor of body odor, mold, and animal urine. Bunk bed frames were falling apart with no safety railing for kids. mattress to bunk bed had visible urine stains. Carpet was seperated from metal strip at entrance to bathroom. This metal strip cut one of my childrens feet. When asked to change rooms was told I was out of luck. No rooms availiable. Will never return. Too bad if they cared about the property even alittle it could be a great place because of location. when they cleaned our room they did not lock it. the door was ajar. my mothers room had bugs. the web showed a pool and it was not even close to being ready. No one was in the office. the guy checking out before me paid $35.oo for his room and I paid almost 235.00. V expensive for a stay where we could not sleep due to different people congregating outside the (glass!) door to our 1st floor room where they spend hours shouting laughing and smoking and refused to leave. One man also tried to get back at us for saying something by trying to get in our room at 7.00am the next morning. We got only about 5 hours broken sleep over 2 nights. It was horrific, the worst place I have EVER stayed.
