I thought the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was similar to most, but great considering the price. I love that there was more than enough seating with breakfast. All told, I have paid nearly three times the price for equivalent accommodations. I was delighted to receive such quality at such an affordable price point. It was very nice, beautiful outdoor pool, with outside seating...this place will be Amazing during the Summer! Food was amazing! Nice Bar/Restaurant with Chef made it great considering I didn't ck in until later due to travel.

Window frame broken, would not latch securely. The fridges were smalller than I thought possible, the hot breakfast didn't have a huge selection. tiny print on sign in shower at shin level explaining how to engage the shower. Idea: use much larger font on a bigger piece of paper and put it at the 4.5 to 5.5 ft off tub floor level so when you get into the shower you don't have to get out again to get your reading or regular glasses, which no one wears when taking a shower, and you can make the device work. it will stay drier (the sign) too, I suspect. letsbookhotel.com did not send email confirmation even after I called and requested one. But I do get survey messages!?!. It was a little run down but they were doing improvements. The pool was out of order. No ada facilities. Housekeeping a little sloppy. Nothing. Just spent one night. No elevator. bathroom didn't have a fan. Hallways were dirty and smelled (they really need to clean the carpets). The rooms weren't bad though...clean and basic, but good. Dirty carpeting throuh out, ancient TV,. dirty needs some good cleaning, carpets old wore out major need of renovation, way to many pets have been allowed to stay in this place and it smells it. Very run down, part of a casino, the walls very thin could hear people talking in next room. Grubby I will never stay in this hotel again. Can not believe the reviews you posted regarding this hotel. carpets were durty breakfast below basic lighting in bathroom poor no closet beds uncomfortable.
