Friendly on arrival and very clean. Would highly recommend to family and friends. Room and breakfast was fine. Good facilities, clean. Room was a good size. decent access to Newport's attractions. Breakfast especially the scrambled eggs could improve. People across hall noisy as hell at 2PM. Call downstairs got no response.Should be weekend policing of the floors due to drunken behavior.
