Me and my boyfriend stayed at Viceroy for one night only and we wished we stayed for a week... We were greeted with a bottle of champagne upon arrival and treated as royals! We loved our 1 bedroom suite and cannot wait to go back to Viceroy! I highly recommend the hotel!. The décor was excellent. I really liked the Asian inspired design theme. The restaurant and bar on site was very trendy and chic.

The room is great and confortable. The jacuzzi is huge and good as well as the pool. The breakfast and the eos restaurant were great. Booking tours was easy via the reception. Room service quick n friendly. Hotelroom was great! Much Minibar-Things. Clean. Downtown. The infrastructure, design, confort, food, spa, gym. Room was very confortable, staff was helpful. everything was great, rook, pool, service. Look and overall feel of the hotel. Location. Bedroom was lovely. Decor, style, sophisticated. Decor and reception staff. I love the comfort of it. Great stay . Facilities. The gym. The oversized hot tub was fabulous! Allowed a number of people to enjoy without feeling invaded. LOVED it. But the expense was not worth a return. Hotel itself was great. lacation. My room was a King suite. Upon entry into the room it smelled like wet carpet. They had an air filter in the room it did not help. I complained to housekeeping and they sprayed the carpet with Lysol. The bed was mushy and hurt my back. I stayed at the Hilton Miami a few weeks ago and the bed was much better and comfortable and that was half the price. I don't think the Viceroy was worth the price considering the accommodations. Weekend night is so loud and the valet service is time consuming due to the large amount of cars. They need to change the bath towels for new. Some reception staff too junior. Have at least one senior staff present at all times. Found a ripped condom package under my bed... The price from the room, laundry... Extra costs fitness.. Some staff people! Some werr great and some not too atentious. No hotel feeling, no common rooms or places to stay. Pool is very windy and mostly in the shade. If you are guest of the hotel you can go to the club fifty for free but the guy at the entrance let us wait... Staff were very unhelpful and seemed clueless at times. Lets the hotel down big time. Kitchen wasn't a kitchen. Internet didn't work in the lounge. Postal delivery they couldn't quite cope with... Valet is all over the place. Get a t shirt with valet on it and drive away with the cars... Crashed mine, of course they denied it. Prices, pool security, pull out sofa instead of a second bed. Lack of a bar for drinks. Lady at the valet , tried to charge me twice. Nothing to complain about. Internet service a real mess!. The nightclub was only open in weekends. That was not on the hotel info. Only one chair in a room with a king size bed. It was ok to smoke on the balcony, but only standing. The rooftop pool was so over crowded with chaises, how difficult to put a few simple chairs on the balconies. The views were magnificent but tiring having to stand. Come on charging for overnight parking, extreme. Check out was again bad. This was my second stay at this hotel and both times they over charged me. As much as I enjoyed the hotel itself I would never stay there again or recommend them. too much noise, expensive for that they offer. We booked a luxury room and we were given a disabled room. After complaining we were told we were being upgraded to the room we originally booked. Facilities of hotel are poor. We will not use it again or recommend it.
