I pretty much loved everything. Staff was great specially the young lady at the counter, brunette, spanish (I forgot her name) View was awesome, located in a central spot, really close to 7th street NW. Facilities were also great, no complains. They offer a shuttle to the airport and they even have a screen with flights-departures. Breakfast was super good. The hotel was spotless, super clean, clean bathroom, clean beds, my husband even swiped his hand on top of the refrigerator and there was n.

The staff was great as they were able to attend to our needs immediately. We planned a stay there months in advance and brought our rv down to Florida. We made arrangements to store the rv at a facility which said they could accomodate us while we were on our cruise. When we arrived at the storage facility, it was a dump. I immediately called the hotel to see if we could leave the rv there and they made wonderful accomodations to meet our last minute needs. + very friedly service, always helpful + very Good rich breakfast buffet even sometimes w eggstation where you can Order your favorite omelette freshly made +Social event weekdays from 5-7pm w small snack buffet for free was a nice surprise +nice fully equipped appartements (we had a small baby w us) +mini snack shop at reception desk helped us out when we run Out of drinks or sweets, we even bought twice our dinner there. I selected the hotel due to proximity to the airport as the last stop on a week long trip and it appeared to be in a nice area that appeared safe. We were very pleased upon arrival as the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was good and because we arrived late we had the option of having food delivered from nearby businesses. I liked the front desk clerk Luis. He was courteous friendly and helpful. Also, the driver of the shuttle very friendly and helpful. Even the room steward who hardly spoke English was wonderful and helpful. I also liked the cleanliness and design of the suite. Everything was very nice, I have no complaints. Rooms were clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. We didn't need a suite but were given one. If we did need a suite it was spacious and had everything a person would need. We just needed an overnight catching an early flight first thing in the morning. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We used the hotel shuttle and they arranged shuttle service for our family to Miami beach and Port of Miami. We felt very safe. Room was very spacious and accommodated our family perfectly!. Amazing staff (especially shuttle bus driver) went the extra mile and always with a smile, incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. The room was outstanding superbly equipped and huge. Really comfy bed and selflessly clean. I mentioned that to a gentleman at the front desk and he brushed it off and changed the subject. The breakfast was okay and typical of those served in most hotels where it is included in the room price. Could be improved. Donuts were hard and apparently not fresh. There were no forks available at 9:00 a.m. Maybe the shuttle could offer a wider spectrum...Ocean Bank could be included in the route as it is 1.6 miles from the hotel. Waiting 45 minutes for airport pick up because we didn't know we were supposed to ring hotel on arrival. Highlighted to staff that this needed to be on email print out.They said they would act on this. A slight smell in the hallway on the 3rd floor - maybe damp carpet or something, but not overwhelming. Nothing. Had rude customer make a scene with obscenities at the front counter in front of my young children, after she cut in line in front of two families waiting to check in. Management was very apologetic to us, but probably should have addressed rude customer more directly. Disappointing, but was the only negative comment about our overall stay. We were positioned so far from the main area and pool as I had requested but we were at least on the ground floor. Courtesy transfer from airport would have been nice, instead we had to take a taxi. All is well this a safe and comfortable place to stay...love having two bedrooms and living area all with hd TVs. It needs some updating in decor/carpeting. There were some maintenance issues with the A/C, vent, toaster, TV and computer room but they were fixed promptly. Late check-out was not available. Our stay was too short. Social hour not on FriSat/Sun. All was good...no way anyone can say anything bad about this hotel. No shower hat provided.....for females this is essential. A small individual carton of milk would be nice for the tea or cereal. I wanted a cup of tea after a rather long journey but there was no milk available - kitchen was locked. Breakfast clean up, need more trash cans. Shower head was a little clogged but still not bad. Breakfast a little crowded. The charge for baggage track ( recieving packages) never had that done before at other hotels I staid at. Just would hope to have more hot foods for the breakfast buffet?? Nonetheless, the buffet spread was real yummy. The long walk to our bedroom. Breakfast was crowded, even at early hours. Had an issue with credit card that wasn't resolved until one week later. Only 2 computers out of 4 worked in the business room. Reception staff should have more knowledge of tourist sites without having to 'google' every question I asked about tourist boat trips. I can google myself but recommendations would have been nice... The rear parking area. nothing!!!. This is common at many hotels-the accessibility to the internet from the hotel computers was difficult and 3 out of 4 computers were down. We have no complaints. The coffee machines would suggest a kettle to make your own tea coffee in the rooms. We got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes. The hotel hallways and stairs were very dirty. Bit dated decor. Laundry expensive -i went round corner to tbe local laundrette for a fraction of the cost.breakfast so so ok but not great. Someone kept pushing flyers under the door. My room was next to the mechanical room!! Very noisy. Roaches in the kitchen. Seriously!?.
