I rented 2 rooms for my family and we really enjoyed our stay. I am so happy I was able to find something affordably priced in the downtown area. At $225 a night this seemed to be a bargain compared to everything else I had seen online. This place was priced cheaper than many airport hotels and we certainly did not want to stay at the airport. We wanted to be in a central location near the city center of downtown and close to South Beach. We were attending a wedding in a Miami Beach hotel.

We arrived very late at night and it was no problem because we had asked for late checkin instructions before we arrived . The Manager who lives on the property accommodated us and was very pleasant. There was ample parking just outside the building. It was all free and painless. The area was nice and we enjoyed walking to the restaurants in our neighborhood. Beautiful accommodations exceeded only by the graciousness of the hosts. They made sure that my stay was perfect in every way. Every detail is taken care of. The Fortuna House can provide you with relaxed seclusion as well as a launch point for an action-packed stay in Miami! Just a fantastic place! We had high hopes after seeing the Pictures, but were still left amazed when we saw it in person. This beautiful apartment has all you need or wish (and some!) for enjoying your vacation in Miami. T. I needed to stay in the Wynwood arts district because I was displaying my artwork at an art festival there. The Fortuna House was perfect because I was able to walk there. I did not even need a car. The rooms were designed very creatively and everything was really clean. There were 2 house attendants cleaning day and night. The queen-size bed was comfortable. The sheets were nicely pressed. My friend said the pullout sofa was comfortable. We also requested a twin sized cot for a friend who came. I booked this vacation rental last minute because we decided to go see the Miami Heat at the American Airlines Arena and wanted to be nearby. The apartment is near the Port Of Miami as well and Bayside (shops and dining)! We parked for free right out front then took a $2 taxi ride over. We had a really great stay. Would definitely come back again for a longer visit. Actually may be a good place to put my parents up when they come and visit. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. We . Came to Miami to visit family that live in the downtown area so the Fortuna House was a perfect location. I didnt want to stay in a hotel. I wanted something a little more spacious and with a kitchen. The apartments were very clean and big. The service was good and the staff eager to please. I even got some great local restaurant tips from them. Latin Cafe at the end of the block was fantastic! There were lots of friendly Europeans in the outdoor garden sitting area and had a nice time chatting. Nice place. Despite being in downtown Miami it was like staying in a quiet house. It was a home away from home kind of place. I enjoyed sitting outside in the garden area while surfing the internet. Relaxing environment. The rooms were spacious & tastefully done. I saw a few when I got there & got to choose my favorite. It had a boutique hotel feel with all the different decors . It was a definite plus to have the kitchen too since I didn't want to eat out . Parking was free! Rooms &. This condo was so clean and airy and was perfect for our family of four. We made good use of the kitchen which saved money to do other activities. The furniture and décor was perfect. The condo was large and there's a lot of closet space and plenty of places to store your clothing. The washers/dryers were useful (we came home with no laundry). Our kids (4 & 9) enjoyed using the large tub for their baths at night. There is even an ocean view at the end of the street just outside the building. We had a really nice stay. The room was spotless, building very well-maintained, and the staff truly a delight. I would definitely come back here. The location was excellent, five minutes from South Beach and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We were able to see several rooms before we picked the one we liked. They were all very clean and each one uniquely decorated. We really enjoyed staying here. The rooms were very spacious and we enjoyed having the kitchen. We hope to come back for a lo. Nice experience. The attendant who lives in the building gave us the keys and was very pleasant throughout our stay. We asked her for fresh linens and towels on the third day and she was very friendly. We called the manager once at 2 am because we had lost our key and she promptly got us in and replaced our key. Simple, clean, and nice decoration. We chose our room after seeing 3 different choices. All were very clean. The bed was comfortable. We had a very relaxing stay. The internet was fast. This was the best priced accomodations we could find in the downtown Miami area. Being an apartment, it was bigger than your average hotel room so we were very comfortable. It was very convenient to have a full sized kitchen too. Our room was clean and cozy. Although there was no daily maid service, we asked for fresh sheets and towels twice while we were there. The staff was very nice. We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood location within downtown. You get to choose between rooms on each floor. All rooms are studio apartments, very nicely decorated, clean with all appliances you might need. The staff are very nice and helpful. The lady that lives there speaks Spanish only, but the other lady knows English as well. This is housing for everything from one night to long term stays, but really nice and quiet, and all the neighbors I met were friendly. Safe and quiet area. Overall we had a really nice stay. The place was quiet, very clean and in a great central location to everything. Wish we had stayed longer. There was some great shopping nearby at the Midtown Shops and Bayside Market. Lots of nice restaurants that were walkable. Starbucks right down the street. The wifi in the apartment was fast. All the staff was friendly. We will be back!. I found this hotel at the last minute before our Caribbean cruise. For the price we paid, it was a great value... The room was spacious and had all the necessities. The bathroom was small and clean. The bed was decent and the space modern. I would stay here again. The apartment looked exactly like on the picture on the website. Definitely a good value for money and the location was also perfect. The old housekeeper and the owner were very friendly and cooperative as well. Very nice overall. Would definitely stay there again. The lady who greeted us on arrival was very sweet. It is a little far from main attractions, but not a big issue, as there is a bus stop and taxis available nearby. There was nothing not to like. The street in the latino district is very scary at night. Not as equipped as I hoped for use of the kitchenette. Noise from outside and other guests made it difficult to sleep in late.
