It was a 32 dollar room what do you expect. The bathroom was very clean and so was the bedding. It was quiet and comfortable. The day desk clerk was very friendly. Very friendly staff. Clean facilities, comfortable bed. Excellent motel if you're looking for simply a clean facility to sleep. The Manager, Scott, was very friendly and helpful in giving directions to a certain store. The room was clean and comfortable.

The convenience of our room to the lobby, since we do not move as fast and as agile as we once did. Very nice room for such a low price. Comfortable bed. Rooms are nicely furnished. Reasonable Price. I would have rather stayed at a location on the East Side of Lincoln, closer to the Home Show that I had a Booth at...But, I had stayed here 2 times before and knew that I was satisfied with the price and facilities. The housekeeping staff could pay a little more attention to detail, generally speaking the room was clean, but once you started looking around there were cobwebs and dirt build up in the corners and around the heat unit. Also, we stayed there for 3 days and not one time did housekeeping come by and ask if we needed anything, had to go to the front desk and request clean towels. Breakfast was a bit skimpy, compared to other motel's breakfasts; however, that was not a big problem to us. No problems worth mentioning. (The rooms could use a few more outlets.). The breakfast. Maintenance needed. Drain plug on bathtub and also drain plug on sink not functioning properly.These are minor but cold be improved. One staff member didn't seem to know what he was doing. Noisy during the night. Could use some fixing up. But still decent. Staff try to over charge instead of letsbookhotel.com reservation price. Did not make the beds, only give fresh towels in am. Seem to be short staff all the time. My Ron was by a exit door and it was noisy all night. Rooms need updated. Hole in bathroom door,blow dryer fell off the wall,plaster falling off ceiling. Smelled like smoke, unfriendly staff, no house keeping, dirty bathroom, uncomfortable bed. Very run down property. In no way a "luxury " suite. Booked a Queen bed but was given a full. Dirty carpets. Big hole patched in wall in room. No room service. Just about everything. Place was a dump. Check in clerk was rude. I checked in at 2 am and it was like he was doing me a favor. I had two reservations and he would not let me explain as he said he was too busy to listen to me. Hotel is filthy, dust on furniture and carpets need cleaning. Not enough outlets. I moved my bed and dresser to find outlets and there was dirt everywhere. The continental breakfast was toast white only. They had Orange Juice but there was not enough for both my husband and I to have a glass. The room was not very clean. The air conditioner had not been turned on that day so the room was very hot and never cooled off. (it was 105 out side during the day) I will not go back. The room was not clean and one bed was taken out of a two bed room to make it a one bed room which left a huge area of room unoccupied. Dirty walls and sketchy bathroom with broken toilet seat. Fighting/yelling/screaming from the people next to our room which involved physical violence. Very scary. It smelled like an ashtray! The smell was strong and really bad! Do not book here if you are a non smoker!. The facility is very outdated. Dark, dingy, smelly. You could tell it was once a smoke free facility as it still smelled that way. Our room smelled like air freshener. The bathroom had paint peeling off the wall in big chunks. No cover on the outlet, no hair dryer. The bedroom felt scuzzy, there was a large layer of dust under the tv and bed. Very unpleasant. Shower head way to low have to stoop down to shower. Shower curtain a foot to long.
