Everything is made to take the guests to the casino, but for people who knows to control this impulse, The Venetian is a very confortable and fantastic place to see amazing shows and enjoy excelent restaurants. For sure my wife and I will be back. The architecture of the hotel ; hospitable staff and professional hotel management. The suite size and furnishing is luxuriously perfect for a couple on a leisure holiday. Between Venetian and Palazzo, you will not want to go anywhere else!.

We did feel that they over charge forwhat you get. In our package they included an number of photos, howeverthey take approx 100 for you to choose from, this is where the hardsales pitch comes in. And you do feel they are trying to con you intobuying something may be you do not need. The sales women was not happythat we did not take the full package. We couldn't find a breakfast buffet in or around the hotel.I think the very early(around ( 9 am) knocking of the maid asking if she could clean the room. . we were asked to add $70 as we wanted 2 queen beds and not one king bed even though we mentioned it when we initially made the reservation. The work of the reception should be organised much better to avoid the long lines. Having to walk through the casino.Everything was so clean less some pillows in the room. Hotel is absolutely not disciplined in turms of finance. for 3 nights stay I found my card blocked for almost 3 times more money then needed according to room rate. they have not been unblocked even in more then 2 weeks aftr the visit.A minor point. Hotel registration is a long way from the car park. This appears to be a common feature of many Las Vegas Hotels. However Express Check Out via TV means the journey only has to be made once. my reservation was missing when I got to the hotel. It took one hour to get our luggage to our room by bell boy. Selfparking and getting to your room is complicated. Inevitable at check into have valet parking, so bell boy can take the luggage. Wait times atcheck inn. No easy access to rooms of hotel (via casino etc.). My room was extreamly dark, there was no daylight at all. Pool was always closed.
