The decor was amazing! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The king bed was extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed breakfast at Rick's. The pool was fabulous and the kids fell in love with the slide. we loved the poolside service. We would love to return one day!. The Spa was my favorite. The receptionist was fantastic and the service great. We had the ability to use the Spa facilities to change after going to the pool as we had a late flight and had checked out of the hotel. The valet had great service too,.
all reviews » We enjoyed the professionalism of all the staff. My boys loved spending time in the pool and really enjoyed watching a movie poolside. We started each day with our complimentary breakfast provided to us at no charge. Fabulous pools and helpful staff. The decor is Moorish -- fabulous tile work and gardens. Westins have the most comfortable hotel beds on the planet!. We had a fantastic weekend at the Westin Lake Las Vegas. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very quiet after a stay in Las Vegas. No casinos so relaxing and pool was on programm. I love the whole stay. It was beautiful and never stayed anywhere better than this. Great place to relax good food,friendly staff. View, accommodations. Front desk employees. The fridge in our room 2145 was screeching all night. It made a very annoying, high-pitched noise. The roll-a-way mattress squeaked every single time the person rolled over or even moved slightly. It was so obnoxious!. The fitness facility was very run down, not able to get wi fi to workout to music and none of the TV's on the equipment worked. When we had breakfast the service was very slow. We chose the buffet and had to wait in line about 10 min to get an omlet. I didn't like the fact that we had to head back home and get back to reality, I mean work. Resort is off the beaten path -- which made for a relaxing couple of days. The restaurants in the facility were convenient, but food was just OK and very pricey. A surrounding golf course had been allowed to return to its desert state -- hard economic times?. We only had one hiccup on our first morning at the cafe. There didn't seem to be enough wait staff and we sat at our table for about 15-20 min before anyone approached us. Once we pointed out that we'd been sitting for a while, things went very smoothly from then on and we were taken care of right away. Sauna is missing. I asked the front desk what time the pool closed and they said at 10pm yet they closed at 8pm.. Didnt open too long. When i booked this hotel it was the pictures of the golf course that caught my eye being a golfer.I was very unhappy to find that the course beside the Westin is no longer in use.Booking .Com may have to change your pictures. Customer service lost my reservation, bathroom needs upgrade. The odor coming from the green/brownish lake that takes over the inside of the hotel, Dog hair in the rooms, Dirty lawn chairs and balcony with bird droppings and lack of sound privacy. You were able to hear dogs barking, radios played, people talking. I did not get the room I paid for, when I asked the receptionist, she said because I booked it through the 3rd party. That's why my booking was not given a priority regardless I paid extra. There's no refrigerator..the coffee maker does not worked.
