I liked how much space the hotel room had. It gave my family of 5 enough room to not feel like we were on top of each other. I also liked the water park they had for children and the arts and crafts. The restaurant was also suited for a family. The beds were comfortable!!!! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the indoor watermark! The room service attendant was so friendly he even played/entertained the kids...I loved that!!! Everything was great!!!!.

I believe her name was Mary. Great staff, very nice room, well appointed and very clean. Staff was very quick and accommodating to requests for blankets, towels, etc. I personally thought it was fabulous. The water park inside, the children truly enjoyed. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel was very very comfortable. Coming from NY it wasn't what I expected, a little expensive but well worth the trip. Everything. I really enjoyed my stay and loved the facility, the room, the staff is wonderful. I am very happy. They met our request for adjoining rooms. Rooms were clean, comfortable. Pool was great for adults and kids. I liked that the pool was open till 11,the kids loved it and I liked that the fitness center was open 24/7. Indoor Pool was great for the kids, clean and kid friendly luxury feel throughout the hotel. loved the out door family movie. The pools were great. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean,sheets were clean,bed was comfortable,it was very nice all around. Hotel staff were very nice clean property and beautiful surrounding area. Small detail - the couch was not positioned so you can see the TV, so the couch was used very little. It was a little pricey but for the summer, I am sure it was within the guidelines of most hotels. Just the fact the it was a non-smoking hotel because I am a smoker but over it was okay. I really wish you offered a continental breakfast. Air conditioners should be left on for next arriving guest. Could use an extra person at the desk. Would have paid extra for a breakfast instead of using the only food option in the building. No big deal though, there's a nice mom and pop diner just down the road. The children's play area was a little old. It was a little dirty. Air condition loud.....thin walls.....ice machine not working. No microwave in room & breakfast not included. No bed and breakfast deal. Location: too far from Lancaster. A bit far from Dutch Wonderland and Hershey Park. Nothing i. Bedroom dated in terms of décor and furnishings. Not same standard as public rooms. And watch the bill. They had charged me a higher rate than the one agreed through letsbookhotel.com. They changed it when I pointed it out but good job I checked. No explanation was forthcoming for the error. Had to pay for Internet. Most hotel, matter of fact all hotels I've stayed in in the last year all provided Internet free but this one. Also no breakfast provided at all for the price of my stay. again at all the others even really cheap one it was provided. I DIDN'T LIKE THAT!!!. Noisy wedding reception outside of our room!.
