What people say
It was very clean and convenient to Cornell University, where I had
business. It was also quiet and staff owners were on site. This is an
old line motel style facility with parking right in front of rooms. No
real amenities and small rooms/bathrooms; but this is one of the
least expensive motels/hotels in a very expensive vacation market.
It was clean, neat and tidy. The room was small, not tiny. The bed was
comfortable. Ac worked well as did the tiny fridge The desk clerk was
very sweet. Plenty of free parking close to downtown and Stewart Park. all reviews »
The owners were very nice, and it was obvious they take pride in running
a nice little motel. If you are looking for something 'upscale'
with a lot of amenities, go to the Statler.
The Staff was awesome and the room was dated but clean and the beds where so comfortable.
I would recommend to friends and family.

Typical motel not much to say about it. Don't let the new tarmac
fool you, this is no new facility. The interiour design and furniture
look oldish but it's clean. It's a good and cheap base to
explore the wonderful nature and Ithaca is just a short drive away.
