I love Cassendra. She was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Value for the stay. The staff was courteous. The little "grab and go" breakfast was a nice to have, if not robust. I did not get bed bugs!. I did not like the fact that the microwave did not function properly. If this is a feature that's a part of the cost then it should work. The building I stayed in was not what was pictured on the site--I believe those pictures were of the main building. The place looked very run-down-- the green carpet looked like it had hosted more than a few crime scenes, the cabinetry was in poor condition and it smelled really funky.
