Staff was very nice and helpful. Could print boarding pass. Shuttle service was great! Breakfast was great. Price charged was what I was quoted. Wonderful hotel. We were in Texas 7 nights and at a different hotel each night. By far this was at the top of our list of the best hotels! I would highly recommend your hotel!. I found you a good reasonably priced hotel (opposite to the LA place where extra costs like tourist advice were added to my bill (twice). A bit rough on a solo occupant who has already had to pay the same room price as a double.
