A couple of gentlemen who worked there one was named Bill who took care of the rooms did a excellent job thanks Bill. Another person work at night I did not get his name but a big gentlemen he was very helpful and nice. Thanks again for a pleasant stay. It's not fair for me to say anything negative about the Milton motel because they were in the middle of renovating and my room was one of the rooms they didnt get to yet.
all reviews » The be mattress was very comfortable. I liked that the sink was outside the bathroom. I liked the carpet. I liked that there was a refrigerator. Cleanest room I have managed to get in a long time. Staff was friendly and responsive when I contacted them. I felt safe there lots of people who work always arpund pool was excellent great deal at a cheap price. the pool is really great and you couldn't beat the location very close to all the attractions. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Grounds were nicely kept and pool area was nice. The beds were really comfortable. The staff was very Helpful and friendly. Value, friendly, accodating just nice experience...thank you. staff was great location was close to our desination. Room was comfy clean and the staff was very friendly. Good transport to airport. Staff very supportive. The price and location were very good. Well it was an okay stay. It was a bit old. They need to upgrade a few things in the rooms to make it look better. Definitely need to upgrade their front desk. And I love how its close to all the Hershey park attractions. The location was good. Close to where my daughter was staying for a FPE Trade Show. The elderly man at the front desk was very friendly. Staff very friendly and helpfull. It was ckean and neatly. The bath was clean and hot. The toilet worked. We stayed in ground floor. My family liked it. convenient to Hershey attractions. the location was perfect. Close to Hershey Park. The staff was friendly. Some of my money back. it had a pool. The worse customer services ever. Filty place, filty and smelly towels. Trashy appearance....I Paid for two nights and next day I couldn't wait to find another place to stay. Thank God, Howard Johnson was down the street. Didn't like anything about it, it stinks and its filthy the pool looks like a swamp.I'll never stay there again. Nothing. Bathroom was awful, holes in wall. Poor amenities for money. It was dump. liked nothing. nothing!. location. Nothing!. Nothing. The curtains didn't hang correctly on rods. There were no tissues in the tissue box. The floor near the bathtub really needs to be regrouted. The filled holes in the wall by the bedpost needed to be flattened and painted over in a more professional manner. The hole in the wall behind the front door must be filled in and painted over. Toilet wouldn't' flush.They came quickly when I reached them but reaching them was an issue. The office closes and there are phone numbers posted on the office door. They should forward the phone calls so that people in the rooms dialing 0 to get an operator will get an answer. If they don't want to do that, they should have emergency contact numbers posted in the rooms. the hotel was a little run and not as clean as I would have liked but we were told new manager was on stand and the hotel is going to be updated. Our room was located on the second floor. Windows in the halls didn't have screens so we had to fight off the bugs flying around, on the walls and doors before we made it in to our room. Other than that it was ok. We would stay again. No complaints. Room was dated, a/c vent open to outside heard a lot of road noise - but I do realize you are under construction, once it is done it will be wonderful...thanks again for the lovely stay. No complaints at all. No Complaints. The motel was in need of some general maintenance, light bulbs were out, cobwebs around light fixtures, overall it was clean, no odd smells. It just need to be upgraded more. Looks alittle run down. The pictures on the web site did not look like the actual hotel. When hotel noticed that I was solo, they put me in another room in back of hotel other than what I had first booked. It was not clean, door lock was broken no dead bolt and door pushed open with no key,I felt unsafe. They changed me to another room in front of the hotel in which was fairly nice newly remodeled. I felt like I was a problem to them. Hershey PA was nice but would not recommend the hotel. You really couldn't eat the food which was in the front office. The place was pretty dirty and run down. The sheets were the thinnest I've ever seen and came right off the bed. Also, my letsbookhotel.com fee was 70$ plus 11%, but my bill came out to 90$ with no extras added on. Not a good value. I was trying to save money, but it was a mistake. They are in the process of remodeling. Did not know this. Had senior mother with me and had to climb a flight of stairs, would have like a room on main level. Your app. did not have place for that request. All the equipment is very old and very noisy; air conditioner blew constantly in our heads, was not regulated, so using unit was not possible. Wallpaper in some places weas torn, hanging from the ceiling, toilet wobbles, so that it was dangerous to use. The room was non-smoking, but the odor followed us all the time. Price matches the quality and tolerance for one night. The room was half as big as the picture of it on line, it was dirty with terribly hung old drapes. I moved the bed from one wall to another to avoid being on the side walk when the door was opened , having cool air blowing directly on me, and better tv viewing. She added $25 to my card for moving the bed!! Also the breakfast was sorely lacking, the sink wasn't draining. I feel robbed. In room 33 we saw a bedbug crawling on the bedsheet. Eventhough I booked 2 room for 1 night, I was charged for 2 nights. After spending hours on the phone Mis Sandy was able to get me refund for one nite. dirty and loud. no-one cleaned room and was told the maid got sick and had to leave, so I'm taking it that they only have one maid. they are remodeling and had furniture on walkway upstairs and had to squeeze between furniture and rail to get to room. Old fashioned n a lot of things broken . It said it had breakfast n nothing left at 9:00am. Too dirty. Dead bugs on ceiling. Toilet not bolted down. Hair everywhere. Very run down. The entire experience. Looked ghetto. it wasn,t very clean. Room smelt like smoke, Friends rooms seemed it but nicer. Bath room dirty, needs updating. Shower curtain and shower nobs midew. For $215.00 it was a rip off I have rather stayed at the holiday inn, or a hotel that is well known. They also over charged me and my other friends $5.20. So check your bill! At 9:30 am they pretty much ran out if breakfast and did not have more to put out! The cream cheese was bad, a had temperature abuse. The hotel was in middle of renovations and was not noted on the reservations. The bathrooms were small and the door falling off. Peep hole is installed backwards (i could see in from the outside not the inside) Non smoking room still smelled strong of smoke because the ones cleaning the sheets smoke in the laundry room. The room was supposed to have a king size bed, the actual bed was so small I think it wasn't even a double :( very small and worst part the sink was outside the bathroom. Horrible. Everything. Not at all what was discribed. I was promised a military discounts and did not get it. We had a no-smoking room which smelled like smoke. It is very run down. HAd to go get enough towels for 4 people. I did not like that the room smelled like cigarette smoke. It wasn't miserable, but I would not stay there in the future. Bad service. Filty towels, plumming don't work right in shower, smelly pillows, bed sheets, etc. Evetything was bad. Drug stuff on floor in hallway...it was the worse experiencr in Motel, I ever had. Sorry. No wonder there is no refund on cancelation. It was a dump! Over priced for nothing. rooms very out dated , worn,dark ,smelly. Hair on pillows. Sheets stained,dirty. towels and wash clothes stained and dirty.no one in lobby office from 10pm till 10am. breakfast was a joke. The room was dirty. I reaked of smoke. I had no heat ( they brought me a space heater). The sink was clogged. The towels were stained. The curtains were falling off the windows. Most discusting Motel I ever stayed in!!!!!!. It was filthy. There were holes in the walls. There were no lights. There was no clock. There were bugs and flies all through the room. The room looked nothing at all like the picture. It was also as big as my closet. Everything!. Not clean, shabby, noisy, shower curtain full of mildew, phone not working, staff unhelpful, little place to eat breakfast, tea bags but no hot water to make tea. Worst motel I've ever stayed in !. Dirty towels and sheets old, torn. Cost more than lock in price. The place is a dump. Totally misleading in the reviews, pictures. The rooms were beat up, not real clean. There was trash and broken furniture all over the place. The place is a fire hazard there are random pieces of furniture blocking hallways. Total ripoff!!.
