We liked the design of the room. It had a spiral stair case going to the bed room from a great room. We had a front view of the ocean with two balconies to watch it from. The maid service was great, the room was upgraded with new flat screen tvs new carpets and clean wall paper. The unit was very clean. The desk service was very good and the rental included a good breakfast. The bathroom was spacious clean and easy to use.
all reviews » My fiance and I stayed in the loft suite and we absolutely loved it. We got a view of the ocean and the room was spacious and absolutely wonderful. The location is close enough to the Hermosa Pier that it was a very cheap cabride. We had a great time and I would stay there again anytime, especially to stay in the loft suite! The price was so great for such an awesome room!. The loft suite was amazing 2 levels and 2 balconies worth paying the extra. The view was amazing. Staff was friendly. For a non luxury hotel it was amazing. Loved it. Felt very comfortable and relaxed and enjoyed the retro look. I would recommend this hotel to anyone good price,view was amazing and hotel was nice and so was the staff. We will be back again. Bathroom was spacious compared to some higher price hotels. Main room had a King bed with good mattress, not too soft. I also liked the window that I could open. Room also had couch, coffee table, desk, tv, refrigerator. Bathroom had rubber bath mat for tub. For the price the hotel was very nice & clean, about a mile from the beach which was a nice walk. The people working were friendly and helpful. If you want fancy this isn't where you want to stay, however, if you want a good value it is perfect. Everything was very good except the breakfast. Good location, shopping centrum is near, the beach is 15 minutes by walk. The aiport the close. The room was clean. The hotel has a pool and a great Whirpool opened every day until 10 pm. The hotel is located in a junction of two main roads. We could hear the cars rushing in the road even at night.. A minor quibble, but the hotel is very pink. The decor is in good shape but dated. Maybe the breakfeast. The fitness equipment we wanted to use was broken. What I don't like is that breakfast stops at 9:30, not all of the rooms have plasma t.v s, and that the pool is extremely cold always. Remote from beach. None. Comfort of bed was a small issue. Walls seemed thin; could hear both sets of neighbors. The hotel rates were cheaper than yours. If I had booked through them, I would have saved money. Next time, I will not use your service. Smallish breakfast room. Breakfast could be better, especially with porcelain instead of plastic and paper. $20 return in a cab to the beach, if upto it go for the 25 minute walk. The loft design is attractive but if the people next door allow their children to run up and down on them it really vibrates your room. The pillows. Bring your own. The breakfast could have been better. Ants in the room. Needs a make over. Rooms need updating, little bit smelly. Staff was ok but could have taken more time. no curtains on some windows (loft suite) bit run down. The bath towels were small and extremely scratchy :(. Motel 6 feel. Accomodations very old and tired..felt caught in the 60's. Parking was troublesome. My ocean view was only a partial ocean view. Will never return not refer. Extremely noisy: Alongside the highway and deficient double glazing. Only the rooms with sea view are on the quiet side. Road side is terrible. The worst service in the world. They seemed so indifferent when I explained that a picture frame fell at our room at 3am, that woke us up. Worst service in the world. The pull out bed must be original to the hotel. Could not use. The carpet was so dirty and gummy feeling I never let my bare feet touch it. Bathroom should have glass enclosure, not shower curtain.
