Well kept motel, spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds, quiet air con, plenty of towels and hot water for the shower/bath. Penny was really helpful and friendly - i've just booked again for next year. Perfectly placed for a visit to the Hamptons this 'old school' motel brings back memories of years gone bye. Not exactly cheap but nothing is in that neck of the woods. The cleanliness - beds comfortable - close to wedding we were attending. We actually left a jacket and received a call that it was found and held for us.
