We loved that they had two swimming pools, but only one was open at a time and sometimes the hours weren't what was posted. Internet for $10/day that didn't extend to more than 1 device in the room was a big disappointment. Convenience to were my meeting was. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. I always stay here when I have business in Framingham or going to Boston for fun.

The food was surprisingly good but the only place to have dinner was not the spacious restaurant where the breakfast buffet is served, but a loud (and very very cold in August) space next to the bar. there was a swimming pool.close to highway and connection to the airport. Excellent fitness center and bar/restaurant, and great bed and pillows. Clean. Well located. The location is good for a jumping off place to Boston if you don't want to stay in the city. There is a very good Mexican restaurant right across the street. The shower. The water pressure was ridiculously low. It was honestly the worst shower I've used in years. Our room also had ants. We didn't complain about them because we didn't want to go to the trouble of changing rooms and we never saw them unless we dropped a crumb of food on the carpet. It only took a small crumb for them to come swarming, though. Restaurant/bar under construction. Mattress was too firm. Being told online there was an indoor pool, which was not open due to maintenance. Hours of the outdoor pool, 8 A.M.-8 P.M., doesn't allow a weary traveler to have some relaxing time. I was also disappointed that their conservation/green policy stops maid service. I would have liked my bed made up when I returned later in the day. I believe in hanging up towels to be used again, and to use the same sheets for two night. It was very dry in the room. We woke up a couple times and had to adjust the heat. We asked if there was a room with a view upon check-in and were told that there weren't any, that all of the views were pretty much the same. But we were given a "quiet" room. Quiet it was, but the view when we opened the curtains was directly onto the massive ductwork of the air conditioning system. Bathroom was in need of updating - very poor condition. Also air conditioning and thermostat were poor - it was either freezing or too hot. Couldn't regulate it. The staff mislead me about being able to print an important document in the business center. They did not tell me the cartridge needed replacement and would not print. They did not offer an alternative. I wasted about 20 minutes. No apologies. Just bad service all around. The room next door to us had a party every night and were very loud, but the staff at Sheraton were excellent in handling the situation. The hotel seems to be undergoing repair and renovation. The lobby is very unimpressive. Fitness room out of order. Unappealing restaurant. $10.00 charge for use of wireless. Dingy hallways. The life guard at the pool was sitting under a tree int he corner on his phone, the toliet in out room didn't work and required three calls to the front desk to get it attended to, the front desk staff were not welcoming, the shuttle which was advertised to access local eateries shut down at 7:00, wifi was a daily charge when most hotels are now free, the pool wasn't clean and there was no access to the indoor pool, the resturant was overpriced and the food not worth the price charged.
