The cleanliness, the nice staff, the accessibility to pretty much everything. great location. did't see much of staff-but didn't need to. liked the proximity to the beach. the 90 minute discussion that we were submitted to the morning after we arrived, with sales men trying to make us sign off on buying a timeshare / something else. It was not cool at all. The poor wireless connection.
