The accommodations were absolutely outstanding in every respect. The Jacuzzi tub was a nice extra. Size of suite was spacious. Beautiful old trees, green grounds with golf course, quiet. We are both in our mid-70's and the climbing of the stairs to our unit was a wee bit difficult, especially carrying the bags and provisions from "The Pig". Big stains on the carpet, obvious wear on furniture and palmetto bugs (big ones under the patio door, small one in the kitchen) which when I reported, the staff person noted it as if it were a normal occurrence. I've stayed many other places on Edisto that were less expensive per night where this was not a problem.
