The gentleman at the front desk was most accommodating and he was so polite and helpful that he made my stay there pleasant. the pool was very clean. That I could check in when I got there, which was well before the check-in time. Everything was clean and nice. I liked the grounds and fountains, the room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. Nice clean room. Hotel does show some age. Quiet location.

Quiet and easy access to historic district and commercial district. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. low cost. The people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Convenient and available. Nothing. the microwave didn't work at all and the hair dryer sounded like it was going to blow up. Nothing. people who I saw everyday were on the computer in the main lobby every time I went into the lobby. I expected a better breakfast for the price of the room. I could not stay the third night. I requested not to pay for the third night. This request was refused. nothing. Bed too soft ended up with back ache. The air in the room seemed a little stuffy. Beyond the real control of staff, ignorant people making noise all hours of the night/morning. exterior needed painting/cleaning in walkway/hallway, breakfast had no eggs, TV was small, bed was not very comfortable, only drinks in vending machines/no snacks. - Facility is in dire need of renovation. - Towels are old & frayed. - Room had musty odor. - Lighting was poor in room. - Insufficient outlets to plug in electronics chargers. - Caulking in bathroom was cracked. - Sink looked like it would fall off any second. - Bathroom mirror had several fasteners holding it to wall missing. Dated but was undergoing renovation. The room was dirty, the pool was dirty, had to ask for towels, trash overflowing in the outside cans, trash and cigatette butts all through the walkways. unpleasant room odor (possibly smoke?), facilities are in need of a face lift. When we arrived the bed was not made entirely. The rooms had doors on the exterior of the building so anyone could come to the room unnoticed. The pool and fountain did not look very well maintained. Was not very impressed for the price. Nasty in all respects... run down, needs general overhaul. Cold,noisey and deserted with a parking lot full of potholes. Seedy looking Could not figure out the rating system for staff facilities comfort etc. Dirty, kind of run down hotel charging the same money as a 3 star hotel. The breakfast? forget it don't even try it. Get in your car and go to a restaurant for coffee and some breakfast. Hotel was dirty and run down. &Quot;Business" area was a pc without a printer available. Felt as if I were staying in a hooker hotel.
