The hotel was very new and was very nice. The rooms had everything you could want (fridge, coffee, desk, reading lights) and good bedding. The staff at the front desk was fantastic! Friendly and helpful! We enjoyed time at the pool table and lounge....a comfortable place to hang out. the hotel, being only about 1 year old, was an excellent choice for my stay in Dickinson. Comfortable, clean, good location...just about everything I look for in a good hotel. If my plans call for Dickinson again I will definitely stay there. Excellent!.

Carpets were actually clean, keep up the good work on those. The room was very nicely decorated,comfortable and over all nice. The breakfast was good and the food area there was clean and impressive. Kept stalked very well. Over all we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The room and bed were very comfortable, with plenty of area. We also liked the continental breakfast and were able to meet and visit with other guests. Would definately stay again if we return to Medora/Dickinson. The room set up was nice for the size. The bed was very comfortable. The veiw was good. The A.C. worked awsome. Haveing electrical plugs where I needed them was a plus. Very happy with my decision of astoria. Room (2 Q) was very large, frig, microwave, large bathroom, and if on business everything you would need incl 2 phone and six extra plugs on workstation and between beds. It was lovely. The rooms were well-furnished and comfortable. The bed was especially comfy. The towels were large and fluffy. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast. Beautiful decor, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, close to everything, within walking distance of any convenience, in house lounge, pizza available. New spacious building, good breakfast. Like having the frig in room. Beds were nice/comfortable. Got a good deal on letsbookhotel.com. We came to visit Theodore Roosevelt National Park. The hotel was excellent and provided a convenient 'base camp' to visit the park. The room was spacious and well laid out. The Bed was very comfortable. I liked having the coffee maker along side a faucet. Very quiet at night, slept well. Kids loved being on main level so easy to go to pool. Clean and new beds. The room was nice and big, very accommodating. Very new and modern feeling. Good value for the money. great room & friendly service, the pool & spa looked good too but not enough time to enjoy. Spacious room with awesome furniture and countertops etc...especially the roll out computer desk. Beds & pillows were great. Good coffee. The floors in the public breakfast area under the chairs and tables was filthy. the walls in our room had something splattered on the bottom 2 feet near the door. I'm new to the area of dickinson N.D.. I feel I could have gotten a better price for the room I got. I know this may be picky but they could have had a waste basket in the bathroom. Bed was really hard and made all of us sore. Breakfast would have been good if there was any available, staff apparently couldnt keep up with demand because it was mostly empty both days. Reservations weren't accurate, but was remedied. No help with bags. Don't like the automated faucets. Could use more decoration in vast lobby. The mini-fridge had not been cleaned out from the last guest. There was a package with part of a sandwich from one of the fast food places and 5 bottles of beer. The shower curtains too short so alot of water gets on the bathroom floor. Our room was incorrectly marked on maids list as check out so we didn't get our room cleaned after the first night....we only stayed 2 nights so not a huge deal. Asked for new towels which were delivered to room. Still needs some finishing touches. I realize the hotel is new and that the owners most likely wanted to get rooms available as soon as possible; however, tile trim in the bathroom was missing, along with other little things was a little disappointing. Staff does need some more training. They could act like they are happy to have a job and that they are not above each other, and learn to not ignore the customer. nothing. Service at the front desk and the front desk personnel. Water won't stay on in bathroom sink. TV stand still wrapped in packing material. Gave away 2 rooms with guaranteed late arrival. But did work to give us our King accommodations. Hair dryer falling off the wall. nothing. There were half used toiletries in the bath room. The entrance to the lobby was cold for the staff working. It made you feel bad for them. poor lighting in the rooms. kinda dark. Still under construction so there is some mud and lots of trucks in parking lot stuffed into too small parking spaces -- nothing major. The price, quite expensive. The no touch faucet in the bathroom was noisy and didn't stay on long enough. I see a problem with the shower curtain in rm. 349 not long enough so water could impacted other floors over time. Nothing. That the hot tub was not working we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub but it was cold water. Breakfast was awful. They were "out of" butter and orange juice at 7:30 a.m. So toast, bagels and waffles were dry. Only kind of cream cheese was strawberry flavored. Eggs were processed and tasteless. No bacon, poor roll selection, melons were too hard to cut with their plastic utinsils. The hotel was brand new, so hopefully things will change when they get some experience serving guests. no bath tub plug and it was noisy could hear staff and people in the halls all night. The traffic and congestion around the hotel and getting in and out of it. a nightlite in the bathroom would have been nice. Still seems to be under construction and some finishing details need to be done. Not completed yet. Laundry vents not in ideal location for the prevalent west winds. Lots of lint and stuff blowing into building. Room needed vacuuming. Couldn't open shade. Shower in room 315. Nothing. no reading material in room such as phone book and order out. Pool area was spartan Parking issues - curb on west side is an issue, also apparent lane next to building has a steep drop off that could be a liability, wasn't marked, breakfast floor bubbling up - a tripping hazard, poor restaurant choices in the area, parking lot filled with pickups, trucks of oil workers. The beds. Way too high for elderly people or those with any kind of physical problem -- in my case age and RA plus osteo arthritis. Very difficult to get on and off. Because of that we wouldn't stay there again.Apparently the disability suites, despite having other helpful arrangements, had exactly the same kind of beds!. They charged me $30 more than the letsbookhotel.com price. Poor breakfast. Price. - no maid service for 2 day visit(no we did not put out a do not disturb) - not enough towels since room not made up -flies in the check-in area-real problem -light did not work next to bed -no soap in ladies room off lobby -water not hot enough in sinks -water turns on when you enter the bathroom, but does not operate quickly when photoelectric device decides to operate -out of butter at breakfast -poor choices at breakfast. The only ice maker didn't work after the first day. Also I called the front desk for someone to clean the elevator of beer, and had to contact a member of the housekeeping staff to get it cleaned. The shower curtain was full of mold and the bathroom fan didn't work. Cleaning staff takes shortcuts on everything. There were still dirty towels and washcloths in the bathroom from previous guests. The carpet had not been vacuumed, and nothing in the room had been dusted. Maintenance staff does not repair or keep the place up. What an expensive facility to build, only to go down the tubes in a short while.
