big room, not far from the friends that I was visiting, the street traffic was muffled enough and the air conditioner not too loud, the neighbors behind my room stopped their outdoor activity by 10:30pm, TV good, rarely heard next door residents, served my purpose on route to another destination, price. it's clean, it's cheap, it's right near the interstate and it's kitschy. You get a key. not a card. A KEY. It's got parking, the shower and toilet work and the bed is comfortable. It's an old school motor hotel, nothing more.

Beds are comfy, internet, microwave & fridge. We were in Denver visiting our son, the location was close to where he lives. It was very clean for the most part. It was fairly quiet for being on a bust street. The bed was comfortable. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The location is great for getting around Denver and close to shopping. There was a fridge and a microwave in the room. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and the bed was awesome. Maid service is every day. We were totally impressed. The friendliness of the staff, it's cleanliness, that it had a fridge/microwave, it's reasonable rates, and access to a major thoroughfare. Very good value in a very convenient area. Though on a busy street, it was surprisingly quiet and quite acceptable. Great place to stay. Close enough to downtown and the sights of Denver. The room was okay, the location was nice. leaking of water onto bathroom floor when using the sink with water. door is a little tricky, have to slam it to get it shut, which means others have to slam theirs as well. My sister did not like showerhead but maybe it was missing part/broken. The blanket on the bed my granddaughter slept in had something on it, like it needed to be washed, we did get a clean one tho. The towels are worn and thin one had holes in it. The bathroom was a little small. Nothing. There is noise from the street traffic [though not a problem for me] and noise, including walking across the floor, from the room above. I would recommend staying on the second floor. The hotel is tired, with worn bedding and furnishings. Cleanliness was adequate. Walls were a bit thin you could everything going on outside and the rooms on either side of us. There is no coffee in the room and the coffee in the reception didn't look great. no coffee in the rooms. but had coffee in the office. tried to negotiate price on first night 1 am arrival to no avail. Cold Bathroom. a bit noisy because right next to busy street. A bit small, the bathroom needs to be taking care of, the shower was pretty bad. When the guest in unit above took a shower, drainage water flowed into our room from a previously soiled spot on the ceiling. we had a first floor room and water leaked down on the floor all nite from the room above, it was very unplesant.
