I liked the fact the room was nice, clean, and was renovated. They offered free breakfast and provide pool. The management was very friendly and respectful. They always fulfilled the requests. We pulled in after a football game in Tallahassee to spend the night before driving on. The staff at the desk was very pleasant and the room was clean. It met our expectations for this price.

Older hotel. some bugs on bed, curtins blocking air flow. the hotel was old and needed much repairs. Door locks were difficult to open. needed upgrades. appeared to have just been changed over from travel lodge. The furniture in room was old and the bathroom and sink fixtures were old and ugly. There isn't enough seats in the breakfast area and more breakfast choices are needed. Could have been cleaner. Carpet torn with nails sticking out. Floor in the room needed to be vacuumed. They advertise Free wifi... The bandwidth is atrocious, they claim that it isnt at their control which is bs, they are too cheap to provide bandwidth for their guests. Beds extremely uncomfortable. Bathroom was disgusting. AC didn't work very well. Room VERY small. AC noisy and constantly cutting on and off. It's near the freeway but this hotel needs to look up the definition of renovation. It was absolutely nasty from the tub to paint chipping off the wall. The light fixture was wrapped in electrical tape. Shower fixtures were placed on floor instead of reinstalled. The mattress has prob been there since they opened. The room was outdated...needed updating....not good customer service not accomodating at all ...friends invited us to stay with them so we tried to check out after one night and they still charged us for second night even though we left...will not recommend to anyone. Staff. the door didn't shut good. people arguing in the middle of the night. Carpet was sticky, the room smelt like urine and was infested with bed bugs! When I reported the bed bugs they didn't act surprised. No apology, but they did give me another room. Place was dirty, needing painting, moldings falling off, dirty looking from age. Probably the worst motel ever and we have travelled extensively. Paying $64 for that room is a crime.
