The room and beds were very comfortable and so nice!! The breadfast was very good and a great value for the money you spent on the room. The lobby was very quaint and inviting I really enjoyed my stay and will reccomend this to anyone I know going to Deadwood in the future!!. The staff was very friendly and even tho there was no hot tub that was not a big deal,really had no time to use it any way. The beds were very comfy and was very quiet despitebeing next to a busy road.Location was great also .

Parking was a challenge. Breakfast was great if you stayed on 2nf floor. Nice Quiet Location at End of Main Street with all of Town easily accessible. Spacious room. The shower heads are too low in the shower and towels are too small. Overall I liked it and would stay again. Prices for Saturday Nites are at least Double !!. We had no problems, but parking could easily be an issue during the busy season. Small & therefore crowded breakfast room; rooms on front have road noise. They did not have laundry facilities for guests to use. breakfast nook was too small. Bed and pillows could be updated. Parking. Noise. due to a blizzard moving in we had to shorten our trip, while we explained and were out of the room before 11:00am they still charged us $50.00 of the $67.00 rate for the night. In circumstances like this I feel it should have been waived. We have stayed before, not sure we will again, there are other choices there and we visit often, but it is a 9 hour drive to our home and we did want to beat the storm. Parking was a little tight with a full sized truck. Bath tub soap holder was not clean. No hot tub. A 24 hour restaurant would be nice. Tv programing needs some work with channel reception. Door noise from other rooms. More information on events in Deadwood. Food in attached restaurant was unedible. you charged me for two nights before I ever stayed at the Hamilton in Deadwood. I paid the charge before the trip. I also was charged by the Hamilton for one night since we didn't stay two nights. I have been over charged for this trip.
