I had requested two double bed rooms, and when we arrived we found we got two one bed rooms. half of the family had to sleep on blankets on floor. Smoke smell when it was supposed to be a smoke free room. nothing. beds are not that confortable... nothing. no pool..no ice machines...seriously, unless u go jump in the ocean (jelly fish)..there is no pool and that is all you need to make this a 5 star location to stay in..seriously..was told no pool because this is an extended stay location...even more so to have a pool...I would think...u don't need a life guar and there appears to be adequate space behind the hotel to have one built...the rooms are fine the location is great...all u need is a pool and ice machines...thanks. Older furnishings. Old dead roach in ac vent Worst tub ever. Very very dirty Stove very dirty. Was not vacuumed found crumbs on carpet. Front desk staff very very moody and witness her roll her eyes while talking to customers on the phone. Reddish haired lady. no room svce on 2 day stay, had to go by office for change of towels, part of wall was being held together with duct tape, staff wasnt friendly as other locations Ive stayed. Broken shower knob. Cigarette burn holes in the bedspread. R check in time was 3pm but room was not ready til 7 and had to get ready by 5 and made everything fall behind. Rooms were not kept up. Had to change rooms because first room was dirty and ac was not working. Staff needs to go to basic customer service classes especially David,,, who would not look you in the eye.It was like we were a burden. Staff was not really friendly. Mess up my credit card payment and make me wait for additional 10mins, and no apology was given. rooms dirty, wet carpet, shower nozzle off. The guy at check in david was extreamly rude. And the beds are not queen size they are full size andthe rooms were pretty dirty. the room. It smelled disgusting (like mold)when we arrived so that we changed the room, the second room smelled as well and they wouldn't let us change again. The refrigerator and the hair dryer were broken. Also, the knocked at the door at 10 to remind you to check out, althought check out time is 11. The staff at the reception is really unfriendly and not helpful at all. We have to change room 3 times, it was too small, dirty, the never clean it in the a whole week, loud people around, will never book a room there.
