all reviews » The Kelleys and, of course Buster, have become friends of mine. The overall atmosphere, quality of facilities, quality of service, quality of breakfast foods, cleanliness and the "you're home away from home" feeling at Angel's Keep puts it at the top of my list of where to stay when visiting Cody, Wyoming. The proprietors make the guests feel like part of the family. They exhibit a warmth that makes one forget that they are in a 'hotel' but are family visitors. Breakfast was a true delight; since it will vary, I won't describe other than to say my wife who rarely eats much breakfast virtually finished hers!. Angels Keep was/is a great place to stay. Since I was a "solo" traveler the conversation when I was there, especially at breakfast, made my stay very enjoyable. Actually, The sharing with everyone over a meal was pretty darn special. I left with the feeling of wanting to come back and stay longer. Barb and Robert were terrific. They were great hosts and a true source of information on Wyoming and Yellowstone. Walking distance to downtown Cody and wonderful conversations with the other guests. Robert and Barb were awesome ! Made you feel right at home right away. It was very cool that they sat with us and talked to us and treated us like family. Everything. It is like living in a home and sharing space with other guests which is wonderful. The home cooked breakfast was such a nice touch. The owners were very gracious and a pleasure to be with. The breakfast was outstanding! A pleasant break from the standard chain hotel fare. quiet location, friendly hosts. atsmophere. The Proprietor was helpful to us. We were able to keep to ourselves. We had a door directly outside. No negatives,. Nothing. No windows in the downstairs bedroom. Not a problem for me but others may have an issue with it, especially for a stay of more than a few days. Creepy Decor. Dark. Dirty windows. Unwelcoming "rule" structure for a B&B. Poor bedding. Not a pleasing environment at all. It was the least comfortable stay of a week long trip of moving almost every night. That includes Super 8'S. Sorry.
