Stayed here for one night on our way from Chicago to Nigaria Falls, found the hotel more than adequate, directly across the road from the Progressive Field home of the Cleveland Indians as stated. Would stay here again if we ever came back to Cleveland. Cost of parking the car was also very good. The staff was incredibly friendly & accommodating..THE Best interaction we have ever had & we have stayed at several hotels in many different locations! This was our first time in this hotel & I can guarantee, we will be back!.
all reviews » I really loved the hotel it was close to the Indians stadium casino Hard Rock Cafe west side market and of course petersons nut company these seethe places we went me and husband we just wanted to get away for two days enjoyed it. The hotel room was perfect and the staff was helpful. Danny at the hotel bar - Harvey's was very friendly and helpful as well. Great service and will definitely be back. Nice and clean; terrific staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Quiet, comfortable, free WiFi. Lots of elevators. Never had to wait. Restaurant was wonderful!. Very gracious and knowledgeable staff. Well aware of all the events in the city. M-Sat Shuttle to all locations and concierge service for local transportation. The facilities and amenties were great and the staff was terrific and very helpful, and the location was terrific for most of the city highlights. Was there for the game and the hotel let me park there for an extra 10.00. Stadium right across the street. Will definitely be back. Our main objective was the Indians-Reds baseball game. We really enjoyed staying across the street from the stadium. The shuttle service was excellent!!! The driver we had was very knowledgeable and friendly. That man needs a raise!. location, cost, ease of check in and out. The staff got us a taxi for our ride back to airport. very friendly. Front desk personell accommoadating and friendly. Used pool employee checking choline was very friendly. cleanliness of the rooms and hotel/ location/ fare/ menu selection for breakfast / general upkeep. In room refrigerator froze just about everything even with the temperature setting adjusted to low. Coffee pots need a good cleaning. Took almost 15 minutes to brew a cup of coffee. For the room rate, you need Keurigs. Parking fee per day was rather high!. In-house restaurant needs to be secluded from the rear entrance. The view wasnt very nice and I was overcharged, but they did fix it quite quickly. That hotels still charge for parking! Crazy! I know they'll get their money either way, but go ahead and include it in the amenities for staying there. The pool was cloudy and hot tub was dirty- as if the filter was not working. swimming pool - small as a bath tub, gym- not complementing the general equipment,. No double glazing on windows lower level was a bit noisey for us, but we were moved no problems to back of the hotel. Considering the cost of the room; There were several things that I did not like 1. I did not like the idea of $16.00 a day for parking. 2. No continental breakfast. 3. Very limited dinner menu. Having to leave so soon. City taxes. I can't really think of anything. A bit far from the convention center. Nothing. Not told about additional fees for parking when checking in. Also breakfast was not included. For the room price it should be part of the package. Also because I used letsbookhotel.com I was not allowed to collect my Hilton points. Room wasn't clean desk had sticky stuff on it when we arrived. Mirrors streaked someone's old shoes under the bed.they took extra money out of my account which took a couple days to get fixed.till that employee worked agian,was fixed asap once he was working.pool left kids with rashes .
