We booked a complimentary upgraded king suite and not a day goes by that we don't think back of the amazing stay we had. It exceeded our expectations that's for sure. We couldn't ask for a better view or a better room. The room and the entire facility is spotless, and the staff is professional. The only sad part was leaving the memorable suite. Would without a doubt stay there again. The hotel was an excellent base for a relaxing holiday on the Gulf Coast. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable (Doug!) The in-room kitchen facility was excellent and really useful with younger kids. The gym was well-equipped. The location was great for the beach and restaurants.

I lost a cell phone on the last day when I arrived at the airport I found this was missing but your staff found this and gave it to a friend to send to me. Thank you very much. I would certainly come back again. Good location. Pool, once heating turned on, was good. Excellent meal at Shor watching the sunset. Best meal of two week trip. Staff were largely excellent (only one surly person at checkin). Housekeeping were excellent. The room was unbelievable. Huge space with full kitchen, including all you need to cook and dine on the balcony that overlooked the pool area and the Gulf of Mexico. I believe all the rooms here have balconies. Great Staff who was easy to work with and helpful. Staff's focus on being helpful best thing. Front desk staff helped w late check out and even printed boarding passes for us. Hotel is well located. We loved our suite. It was beautiful, very up to date and clean. The view was magnificant. Also, we really liked the pool, poolside bar and the hot tub on the upper floors. It was all very cool. Staff were the friendliest and most helpful that I have seen in a hotel in a long time. Hotel was exceptionally clean and the view of the beach from the room made it difficult to leave the hotel. The suite was absolutely gorgeous. Very comfortable and luxurious. We had a great stay and will come back again in future. The food at Shor was delicious. I will stay there again when I return to Clearwater Fl. I am planning a trip at least 2 times a year. The children loved the activities at the pool. How were we completely surrounded by water..it was so clean and beautiful..everyone was so friendly!!Great place to stay..ill be back soon!!!. The 2 bedroom king suite was amazing - the views were incredible and the staff very responsive to our requests! Can't wait to book again!!. The beach and water are fantastic. Go ahead and factor in an extra 70 dollars a day for resort fee and beach umbrella rental and parking. Best Hotel Ever. Great Rooms, Location and Service. I liked the location and the room was great!!!. Rooms are very nice and the food is excellent. Easy for our upgrade from a room to a suite. The view was incredibly beautiful. .. very big room,with kitchen,good view. The room and the view were superb. Kitchenette in room with two beds. The modern room & the beach. The view of sunset was awesome. Loved rooms, pool, spa, views. Close to beach. Everything ok!. Service in Shor on our first night was very poor. 1 hour to get our entree from when we sat down. We did not use the restaurant again during our stay because of this experience. Had the most expensive room which was situated in the corner behind the pool. Sea view not anywhere near what we expected for the price. This was disappointing. Felt VERY expensive once the resort fee, parking and hiring a beach umbrella and chairs were added in for each day. Pool was cold until heating was working (note pool is largely in the shade in October). The added "Resort Fee" of $25 per day plus the taxes of 12% then still having to pay for towels at the beach. Hotel is BIG! Long walks to get around. can't think of anything. I wish there was a place to get food and drinks (or someone to bring them to you) on the beach and the people coming around checking on the chairs (they were from the city weren't friendly). The Hyatt leases the beach in front of the hotel so it is owned by Clearwater. Theirs nothing I didnt like about it!!!. Was overall very nice, I guess a negative might the proximity to the public pier. The other end of the beach has all the nicer restaurants and shops. Breakfast should be complimentary for the price we paid. Nothing. The restaurant menu was limited and expensive. Pool not directly on the beach, pricey for 12 hours. They have lost our reservation, however fixed up the problem in quarter. Nothing. Hotel was very expensive for what you received. You were given 2 bottles of water daily for 4 guest. It was nothing special just plain bottled water you can buy at Walmart. Restaurant was too expensive. Went down the street to a nice restaurant to eat.
