The B&B was excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable with a warm, cozy décor. The breakfasts were just delicious. The owners Pat and Les were friendly and very helpful. The B&B was close to the lake and the downtown area. We walked, biked and hiked to all the activities. We would definitely stay there again and tell our friends. The breakfasts were delicious and served in a charming dining room surrounded by french doors. It was convenient to downtown as well as to Lake Chelan. As a vegetarian, they went out of their way to give me vegetarian sausages even though I didn't request - so nice!.

My room was very comfortable with nice ambience. Les and Pat, the owners were also very accommodating. The breakfasts they prepared each morning were also well thought out and very good. Very close to my conference venue. Comfortable bed. Clean, updated bathroom tile. Breakfast. Gushy bedroom carpet. Host willing to work with morning schedule. Clean living room area. Loved the closeness to town, the delicious gluten free food upon prior request, dog friendly, relaxing deck off room, well made room and friendly hosts. Owners were polite and room was small but clean and comfortable. Lots of stairs so not suitable for older or handicapped. Breakfasts were excellent. The breakfast was incredible! Really amazing food. Nice hosts, convenient location, good recommendations, friendly. Others staying there were quiet. Walking distance to beautiful Lake Chelan, excellent facilities and charming host family, gourmet breakfasts. The homemade breakfast's were fabulous! They were friendly. the breakfast was just "ok". The room was a little small but with 2 young children and myself, it was fine. There was a little glitch with the reservation which meant the room wasn't ready when we arrived around 2:00. However, we played at the lake and our room was ready by 4:00 so it worked out fine. I can't say I had any issues with this establishment. Old fuzzy tv. Fridge was too tiny to put leftovers. Bathroom accessory basket was filled with dusty, old, partially used toiletries. Deck has no privacy screen or bushes. Bathroom has no towel racks. Small shower stall. Cheap plastic flower arrangements. That we had to leave. Nothing. The room and bathroom was dusty/cobwebby, but the linens and towels were clean. waaay out of date magazines. We paid for breakfast,we told her,that we want breakfast to be serve at 7.30 in the morning because I had meeting ,at 8 that morning,and the following day,we leave early at 8.30 to catch the boat to stehekin ,but she seem to have forgotten. Pleased with everything.Great time.Very attentive withndelicious breakfasts. A chair in our room. To many plastic flowers!. The bed was so soft and saggy that my wife woke up with a bad back. They asked ahead of time if there were any food preferences, so we e-mailed them that we don't eat pork several days before our arrival. When breakfast was served for us and the other couple, the other couple got pork sausages and we did not get any substitute, like chicken sausage or any protein. Small dark room. Poor Incomplete greeting. In need of massive repair/renovation. Terrible bathroom.
