decent room size. good location for exploring the city nearby.
The location and room.
Much cheaper than all the other hotels fairly close (10-15 min) from the airport. Feels 'budget friendly' but didn't feel like a 'cheap cheap' hotel. It was clean and comfortable for one night. No alarm clock in my room, but otherwise, just fine for the money. Subway/7-11, and Mexican restaurant right across the street, so fairly convenient. C'ville airport is a $20-25 cab ride away.all reviews »
Location wasnt bad, Within easy driving distance to the attractions and some decent restuarants.

When we checked the individual at the desk was very nice, very helpful.
Quite the contrary when checking out. The lady helping serve breakfast
was very kind and she was not treated very well by the individual at the
desk in the morning when we checked out.

The Clothes closet kept on getting in the way it was quite annoying.
This could be put in another location in the room.
poor bathroom renovations. complimentary breakfast in the reception lobby; area is too small to accommodate more than 8 people. serving time is too short.

Wi Fi didn't work half the time very bad and hard to get on it when it did work would never stay there again.
The room and the floor were designated non-smoking, but the smell of cigarettes permeated throughout. The smell was also coming through heater vent.
the fridge in my room didn't work. When I told the staff at the front desk, she said over 1/2 of their fridges weren't working, but she didn't have that one on the list yet...so she added it. Fortunately i didn't really need it, but if i had, I would have been disappointed.
The continental breakfast was pretty much a joke. We elected to go out both days to eat. Also the door outside didnt lock very well so the key card wasnt needed.
We ordered a no smoking room and it REEKED of smoke. Very disappointing.
Slight smoke smell filters throughout property.....probably only noticeable to non-smokers.
When we checked out, the individual was rude. She was not nice to
anyone. Definitely not enough room to eat breakfast.

Room was very dirty and we were woken up twice, once at 4 am and again
at 8 am with people trying to get into the room. Twice people were give
room keys that were for Room 311 which was occupied by us. I am looking
for a full refund.
Felt like I was a burden when I checked in.
Lighting was so poor, I was unable to shave--enamel in tub was chipped,
I almost left when I checked in. Loghting throughout was depressive. The
breakfast as a joke.
Never Again!.
Expensive for what you got it should be budget- friendly, but its not.
