I loved this hotel and have stayed in many. There is a shuttle that brings you to major stops in Cambridge. Super convient and arrives after five mins of calling for only 5$ a day! There is a nice lobby and this is close to Starbucks and Trader joes so no breakfast included isn't a huge loss. Comfy rooms. Nice staff. Great price & location. Definitely coming back with my kids. Many thanks to Marcia or Marsha and the manager from Puerto Rico for their expertise and help in getting me out of the hotel in a bad snowstorm. They went way and beyond the call of duty and I am very grateful. Three cheers to them both. Nancy Wight (NY).

My room was huge for a Boston area hotel. My comments on drawbacks will be minor. I really liked the shuttle option to central and Harvard square. I also left my phone charger and rob, shuttle driver managed to get it to me before I left the city. Great customer service. Proximity to Cambridge, view of the river, cleanliness and comfort and affordability were all present in our stay at the Courtyard Marriott. I highly recommend it. It was conveniently close to Harvard Square, clean and comfortable. Liked the free wifi, gym, and proximity to spa and Whole Foods and Trader Joes. View of the Charles River. Lovely entry for a courtyard. Ease to science museum. Helpful fromt desk. A very comfortable and welcoming hotel. Beautiful location by the river. A nice view and the people at front desk were wonderful. location for places we needed to go in Cambridge. I was able to get a late check out. Quiet, nice view of the river. the view of the river. Flat out the best WiFi of any hotel I've ever stayed in. The WiFi is the only reason I'd consider coming back to this hotel. the view. The bed was too firm for me. But if you don't like/need a super soft bed, you won't care. It's kind of a hike to the nearest T stop, but there is a shuttle from the hotel, for $5 tho. There's no room service. None of those are enough to give me a split second pause from staying there again!. Nothing. The room did not come with breakfast and the breakfast buffet was too expensive. We had a faulty AC that could not be fixed. Nn/a. Not close to transport, but within walking distance of subway. Very expensive for hotel quality. Parking also quite expensive. Charging for shuttle, no shuttle to airport, kind of pricy. Did not like the bed, very uncomfortable. Also poor supplies for making coffee both in the room and at the coffee the coffee station in the lobby - staff not very responsive to request go more supplies!!. Room had bad odor and other issues that staff dealt wth,. Overpriced. Parking was $30 half the price of the room. Tv selection was awful The focus was on espn but you couldn't get local channels easily including PBS.Boston is the home of wgbh thest public channel in the world. They charge 30 $ for parking overnight outside the hotel which is ridiculous. The hotel is in the suburbs. Downtown parking houses in Boston charge 16 $ for overnight parking. Give me the receipt before I checked out. Great location, but the building is really old and dirty. The inside is kind of drab, run-down, and poorly lit. The rooms are just so-so. To be honest, I expected WAY more from a hotel charging $300 a night. the staff ,the bed,batroom to small.
