very reasonable and clean, had everything we needed for a weekend base between Bellingham and Seattle - too bad the weather wasn't better because the pool looked wonderful but didn't get a chance to use it. We stay at this motel often and think the staff are very professional and friendly. It's location is excellent for walking to the Mall, restaurants, etc. Thumbs up!.

Quiet rooms hotel was booked and we could not hear the neighbors for the busy area. The pool was in a charming courtyard privately placed. Night clerk upgraded us to a two queen, ground floor suite to avoid stairs at no extra cost. Beds were very comfy. Clean fresh towels. Friendly Staff. Swimmingpool very clean. I liked the location super easy to find right off the interstate. Very nice place garden was pretty pool was nice and well kept. Close to Anacortes ferry so convenient location. I don't need a flat screen TV but didn't like that the carpet was stained. Lots of noise from nonstop traffic, trains, and banging pipes and other plumbing noise that even the wall AC unit could not drown out. If you are a light sleeper, you will have trouble sleeping. No bathtub. I wish the pool was open until ten with the last hour being for 18 or older. Ran out of food for their Continental Breakfast. Morning desk clerk appeared unconcerned and was unwilling to provide more. Pillows very hard. Clock did not work properly. Brekfast very limited. No fresh milk. I was very disapointed to hear cocusa motel had a swimming pool area,the information on letsbookhotel.com was not up to date. Last persons food was still in fridge soap dispenser looked as if there were mold inside there was also left over soap scum on soap holder in tub. Party going on in room beside me that was also outside & no staff to stop them. Felt like the room was used for locals to party in. Dirty man's t-shirt found in my bed, dirty bathroom floor complete with garbage, freezer in fridge badly needing defrosting, poorly stocked and dirty kitchen area for complimentary breakfast, grumpy staff, sprinklers hitting windows at midnight, lack of follow up when concers brought to attention of management. The furniture is old and tired and the carpet needs replacing. The sink and micro/refrig area is very small and cramped. The Bed Was Hard And The T V Was Old Need Up Grade Ok. The carpet was sticky and dirty. Staff at the front desk were not that friendly. cleaning person came banging at our door at 9:30 am when check out wasn't until 11:00 am. wi-fi did not work after a certain hour. The room was very dated, and very dirty! Bathroom (toilet) not clean, old coffee left in the pot, stained beds etc. Loud train whistles outside our window throughout the night, next room had a barking dog all night, Manager said he will ask them to quiet the dog, but they never did, loud people shouting outside late a night. The experience did not allow us much sleep at all. The place needs to be pulled down or renovated. We were awakened at 5 am by 2 guys rattling at our rear door entrance trying to gain access. Never slept after that. Continental Breakfast poor with lukewarm coffee and powdered milk. room was not clean. the room was not clean , carpet was filthy and the room smelled musty. there was someone else's hair on the shower wall; there are no hair dryers; the place reeked of disinfectant. Dirty and torn sheets. Mold in coffee pot. Wall plaster on bedroom wall peeling. Tile cracked and coming up. Stains on carpet. Air conditioner very loud. Shower head too low. There are bed bugs in motel. Shower door wouldnt close, room was noisey.
