what I liked most was Sherri at the front desk. She was friendly knowledgeable about places to go and things to do but was very helpful with our specific request for a shuttle to Knotts Halloween Haunt. Really she went above and beyond but it was such a win for us that whatever business or pleasure that takes me to Buena Park again, I will look to stay at your fine hotel. Thank you to your hotel and major Thank You to Sherri.
all reviews » The breakfast was great,I like having a refrigerator, microwave and a Iron in my room. And also a laundry facilities. I really like it there. Sherrie the lady at the front desk was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. location, reasonable, good breakfast, super friendly service, bbq place. The staff were really nice and went beyond job description to assist me. Hospitality friendly staff very helpful. Very clean and comfortable rooms!. Close to Knotts Berry Farm. Friendly service. The place. I liked that it was clean and easy to find. Price and location. location close to Knotts. The beds were comfortable,yet bed sheets frayed and raveling,some light sockets didnt work,the airconditioner didnt work propperly to mantain a constant temp,we had no hotwater for a full day,the tub was dirty,there was a long hair on the blow dryer from previous visitor,roach on pool surroundings,although there were bathrooms near the pool area the light didnt work and it was unkept,the ice machine was not convenient to rooms,our ac was not on when we arrived in our room and when asked about t. your coffee could be a little better. Scratchy towels. Some of the other guests were less than considerate. Breakfast wasn't eenjoyable. Room was out dated. Continental breakfast room not large enough. Air conditioning system wasn't working very well, the beds were uncomfortable. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. I could feel the springs on my back. The pillows were lumpy. The continental breakfast was pretty mediocre. Noisy refrigerator and air conditioner. Telephone in room did not work so I had to get dressed and walk down to talk to clerk. Ice machine was way too far from my room. Only one small washing towel in our room for my wife and I. Other bigger towels were ok. Out of wash cloths. Guest drinking on the stairs. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I could barely walk when I got up. The bathroom was dirty with hair in the tub from previous customers. The towels felt like sandpaper. The breakfast service ended too early so it was very busy and crowded in a small hot room. There were signs saying "Do not take food to go" So we were stuck standing and eating our breakfast in this tiny room. There were bathrooms ,a shower outside ,a clock all within steps of the pool and I noticed the tables,chairs and chaise lounges were new,yet uncomfortable to lie face down on.
