It was a pretty hotel. The adjoining bar and grill was excellent. Service there was top rate. Service at hotel was top rate as well. Room and bed were very comfortable and loved that they had a bar and grill there. Nice hotel for the area and price; ask for inner-facing room for nice ambiance. Nice room, great beds, great bathroom, nice breakfast. Staff was nice and hotel was nice and clean.
all reviews » Convienient location. Comfy beds. Large room with space to move, comfortable full king bed, basically but adequately appointed. Exercise room well equipped and good sized indoor pool. Restaurants provided service from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Parking quite good, free open business center. outstanding staff (reception, cleaning, restaurant). The location.was great close to attractions. Nothing. We had two full beds. A little small for two grown adults and adult children. The area by the highway but it wasn't a big deal. minor maintenance issue, courteously resolved without asking. We order full American breakfast 3 times, we never paid the same price... bought the room for a little bit more to have free breakfast. But when check in was inform We do not get breakfast. We would have to buy it room to order. Double beds were awfully small. Two double beds for a family of four was extremely tight. No pets are allowed. The restaurant food was very bad.. total waste of money. Breakfast menu very fixed, coffee had little to no taste and breakfast service pretty amateur. Their sports bar food definitely better. highway noise, noisy air conditioning. Our room was next to the elevator and would hear the motor all night long, told manager, said they couldn't do anything. The location of this hotel can be problematic... After turning down a few residential streets using gps I was able to find the holiday inn. Compared to the other holiday inns that I have stayed in the rate was high considering the hotel building itself seemed a little stale. Bathrooms were definitely outdated and that's why there's no images. Also my room key card would only work once.... I had to keep going down to the lobby to get a new one. No working ice machine on 1st floor. Complained to staff & was ignored & blowed off. Shitty location, same for staff with a ignorant desk person that was trying to talk to you with eyelids shut,& ignored requests. Will never stay at again. Would rather pay more for a higher class place.
