I liked that the room was clean and the there was a microwave, a mini fridge, a TV with a good channel selection, a continental breakfast included in the price,WiFi and it is located next to a mall with driveway access that has great stores and restaurants. For the solo overnight traveler it was great. The price was right. The Inn was clean. and the staff was excellent, especially Peggy at the front desk. I will stay there again and recommend it to others.

The staff was friendly, the sheets were clean, and the end of the toilet paper was neatly tucked in. The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Every person working there was friendly and efficient.. Right across the highway you'll find the Chess and Checkers, one of the most charmingly decorated restaurants I've ever visited even if the food wasn't that good. Okay, I am a bit of a food snob. It's next door to a shopping mall. Desk clerks were helpful. Location. There was nothing to dislike. The floor was dirty looking so was the vanity chair. I covered it with a towel prior to sitting on it. Nothing, it was a perfect two-night hotel. nothing. The rate, it was much more then last year. No fresh towles. Dirt in corners. Poor excuse of a continental breakfast. coffee machine was out of order. Second bed had large dip in mattress. Couldn't check in until after 3 pm even with reservation. Dirty, there was mold all over the bathroom and the shower curtain was broken. sheets were gross. The bed bugs!!. The room. Gadzooks! Burn holes in the quilts and sheets, on the bathroom sink and toilet, terrible fluorescent lighting and torn carpeting. Phones did not work, no wake up calls as it was against company policy, and I was terrified to sleep on the mattress that looked to be a hundred years old. In the room booked for our girls a huge chunk of the bathroom wall was missing, beneath was molded and mildewed and the smell was awful. We refused to shower and left the next morning asap!!. No handyman available on the weekend to fix bathroom sink. When moved to a new room, found bugs in the bed which might or might not have been bedbugs. Desk clerk did not seem surprised when I told him of the bugs and offered me another room. Regardless, I no longer wanted to stay there. Also, room cost more than the declared value on the back of the door to the room. Definitely not clean or a good value. Rundown, needs renovation. Smelled strongly of cigarette smoke-I don't smoke. If I hadn't been so tired I would've left. The WiFi didn't work. This was a serious problem as my daughter needed to get online to hand in her homework. When I booked the room, the add said WiFi and I would not have booked the room if I knew the WiFi didn't work. The front desk didn't answer the phone when I called. I had to keep going to the desk to talk to them. There was an empty shampoo bottle in the shower. The heater was loud.
