Staff picked me up and dropped me off -- airport -- that alone is worth the price of the room. Nice breakfast. Staff referred me to an electronics store for a computer part I needed. and they called a taxi.

Unimportant, but, oh I hate to mention it, but, okay, the hallways were freezing. I'm sure it was a way to save energy/costs and I'm fine with that. I was just surprised.

was not happy with the way the back entrance was jammed open and my room door would not close all the way shut, as if it was broken into at one time. Idid not feel safe. was extremely happy i had a male companion with me, otherwise i would not have stayed, i would have left as soon as i seen the door and and the fact that someone kept jamming the rear entrance door open after we closed it several

For the low price, I consider this pretty good. If you are travelling on budget and are not very picky, this hotel is a good choice. It's about 35 min drive to downtown Chicago and don't need to pay toll. I almost cancel my reservation after reading the reviews on the website but I'm glad I didn't, it wasn't as bad/unsafe at all. I definately will stay there again.

They automatically charge you a $5 fee for the Energy and Safety Box.

The front-desk staff, two hispanic ladies, are very nice. Thanks a lot two both of them. God bless them.

The hotel is not closed to public transportion. The cars on the highways prevented me from having good night sleep. The problem are the design of the building of the hotel, not the cars. The breakfst is no more than some coffee, milk and cerials!!!!

Note that this hotel is not near O'Hare at ALL! It takes a 20 minute cab drive to get there, and is not in the best neighborhood.

I was allowed to park my car for 10 days in the parking lot at the hotel while we vacationed in Mexico. They offered a free shuttle to and from O'Hare airport. The management really went out of their way to be helpful and earn my business. It's not the Hyatt, but it's a very convenient and affordable place to stay before/after flying in/out of O'hare.

The rooms that face the interstate should be avoided as there is lot of traffic noise. The wireless internet never really did work. The property has a lot of maintanence issues to resolve.

The shuttle driver was really really nice and helped me a lot.

The website showed there is free shuttle bus too airport. However, it is only free when you booked at least 2 consecutive nights, otherwise the price is 15 dollars for one-way, and i did not know this until check-in...And I need to call the hotel to ask for the shuttle and wait for at least half an hour, always.

Low price, decent room

The name is misleading, the hotel is actually in addison, not nearo'hare airport! The hotel does not have a shuttle as advertised but theyshould arrange a taxi to pick you up. Unfortunately, the staff is notvery helpful and the risk of missing the taxi and having to pay for thetransportation there (50$) is quite real.
