You're made to feel a valued customer.One of the nicest hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Lovely modern rooms with everything you need I will definitely go back and make sure I get a longer stay!. Found the hotel to be very clean and our room nicely decorated. It is also located within easy reach of the city centre and the main coach terminal. Found the WIFI connection to be exceptionally good. The signal was so strong that I was still able to use it from a restaurant across the road! There are few restaurants dotted within walking distance away. They were very helpful And made my stay welcome On my return from a day out on my birthday I went to my room to fined a birthday card and the tar set with fruit itch was very dear of them And will be staying there again With booking .com I have never had any bad stays using your site and I have td lots of people to use your site Thank you. It's location is very good and close to adjacent Masjid and quite short walking distance shopping center. The door is facing the parking, it would be great it that information was available as I had to walk with my bags to it all the way to the other side. Hotel doesn't has a private parking. Rooms emergency light LED is so bright and can't let you sleep in dark room at night. You have to worry about the parking. Nothing. That one man came to my room two time to be sure that some one ( new gaste) is in the room , he can confirm from the reception. It is hard to find this hotel. Although we arrived at the Central Bus station in Abu Dhabi, which is only 1km from this hotel, 2 taxi drivers told us they have no idea where it is. The 3rd taxi driver took a chance with us and after driving around the area, we eventually found it. The hotel needs to give much better directions and a much clearer map. The hotel is ideal for business stopover, but for shopping, City visit etc I would rather stay in the downtown tourist area. Little small room. There was a metal rack to dry dishes hanging from the wall. If you pull it, it falls down. It did and cracked two bowls. I paid for them, but I was not pleased. Nothing. the bathroom was a bit small. No place to put my car in .. i have to pay also for that!. No free parking. No good restaurant and non nearbye. Should but a high sign on the main road to know the way to the hotel as there was two hotel by the same name in this area. q. Size of the room & sound privacy. Nothing. green safety light shines on the bed at night - quite bright. nothing. limited facility.. House keeping closes at midnight, I ordered a baby cot when I arrived they replied " sorry we are closed ,sir" .... Lesson 101 in hospitality management "HOTELS never close the HouseKeeping". They need to include a microwave in the suites. Path room is a little small. Small pool, no coffee shops past midnight. small swimming pool. nothing. the pool is too small. Nothing. No have pakistani/indian channels.Mostly arabic channels.No hotel own parking.
