There is a bus for airport every a hour and bus to Marina mall (6). Free Parking ( I stay there for (14) day internet was free in my room but not for all my friends and breakfast not include but its okay i get my breakfast everyday in my training center its near to my training center and everyady mu room was clean and i select view ro.
all reviews » In general it makes get the value of what you pay. Comparing to other hotels in a similer price. The seperate entrance for the parking and the access to rooms from there is very comforting. Staff are friendly and rooms were always clean and smell great. Its a classy place as i saw. I keep staying in it in all my occasions. The hotel is new and clean with all the required amenities for our overnight stay. Staff were polite and courteous, and check in was done in two minutes. This hotel is good value and you will be impressed by what you get, for what you pay. The children and I liked everything !!!! lovely hotel, friendly staff. loved our stay and would highy recommend it. The location though is better suited for rest and not shopping. I would use again and again .value for money. Even tho' the location is quite outskirt of the main city it does'nt matter since the overall experience covers the shortcoming. Despite it being in the middle of a building site (april 2013), it was not a problem. Access to the hotel will remain slightly confusing for a while due to a road closure, but this only involves a minute's diversion. Room cleaning service came at 9am, there was some minor works and drilling taking place ...worked started around 10 am. The room was very small. Nothing at all. They were heavily advertising the restaurant in the hotel with daily specials, but then offered only a buffet(which was delicious), which was double the price of the advertised specials. None. Nothing. overall everythng was gd. difficult to take taxi during midnight. Some of the furniture at the room was a little stained, which did not reflect the nice new property. Noise form nearby construction was a little annoying especially for someone who arrive in the early hours of the morning. Nothing. Nothing. Awkward access due to construction Paid wifi in rooms. Come on, this is the 21st Century!!! Breakfast was a little disappointing. The only note I have that I choose a room for 2 adults with 1 kid (less than 12 years), the only provided option for my (4 years Son) is a baby coat to be used as a bed, which wasn't really comfortable. The Real DOWN Side of Hotel is that they charge service charge and fees etc..but they have No Bell Boy service.. i had to drag all my luggage by my self on check in and check out! quite Annoying.. Such a good standard hotel who doesnt have this normal facility that all hotel have just got a 7/10 from 10/10. The room we stayed in had bad moist smell, probably due to the unpleasant weather. The delivery fee of AED 10 for every items we ordered from C.Deli delivered to the swimming pool was quiet pricey and I think AED 10 - 20 per delivery would make more sense. the internet was not free, not even for a night :) . Didn't like the fact there was glass at the bottom in the bathroom, had no privacy as small children can look in. No luggage service :( I helped my self during check-in and check-out regarding my luggage. لا شيئ no thng. The convenient store in the lobby is unreasonably overpriced. This hotel is not a consumer friendly hotel when servicing the needs older female customers. I was given no help with my luggage when exiting from my taxi. While eating the iftar buffet, waiters did not assist me during the entire time I ate my meal. Furthermore, I had to find the cashier to pay my bill. More training is needed for the waiters and other hotel service workers. none. The gym could be improved by adding: - Barbell from 2kg to 20kg. - Weight scale. Understaffed at night!!! Need to pick up the phone in the evening in reception. Called like 9 times literally and no one picked up. Had to go down in person to reception. Bellman is necessary and must be 24-hour presence. A way to prevent the smell of food and the kitchen in the lobby. zero.
